가사노동의 대체 도구로써 한국형 가전제품에 대한 연구

Abstract

사회의 발달로 여성의 사회적 위치가 높아지고 자기의 개발과 여가 시간을 즐기려는 주부들이 증가되면서 가사노동에 대한 부담을 느끼게 되었다. 가사에 대한 부담을 덜기 위해 사용하고 있는 가전제품은 계속적인 기술 혁신과 종류의 다양화로 발전되어 왔지만 우리의 생활 문화에 적합하지 않아 소비자의 요구를 만족시키지 못하였다. 따라서 우리 고유의 의·식·주생활에서 사용 빈도수가 높은 가전제품 중 한가지씩을 선택(세탁기, 냉장고, 청소기)하여 생활 패턴(patten)의 변화에 따라 요구되는 새로운 도구로서 소비자의 요구를 만족시킬 수 있는 한국형 가전제품의 방향을 제시하고자 하는 목적으로 연구를 진행하였다. 본 연구에서는 우선적으로 우리 나라가 가지고 있는 의·식·주의 독특한 문화인 삶는 세탁, 김치와 여러 반찬을 먹는 식문화, 좌식 생활에 따른 물걸레 청소 등의 생활 양식이 나오게 된 배경과 특성을 알아 보았다. 둘째로는 한국 여성의 가사노동에 대한 인식 변화 및 사회 진출의 증가로 나타난 가사노동의 사회화로 인해 가전제품의 이용률이 증가함에 따라 가사노동의 70%이상을 차지하는 세탁, 식탁 준비, 청소에 필요한 세탁기, 냉장고, 청소기 제품의 이용 실태에 대해 알아 보았다. 셋째로는 사회 발달에 따른 소득 수준의 향상과 가치관의 변화 및 취업 여성의 증가로 새로운 시장으로 형성된 주부의 생활 양식에서 나타난 가사노동 요구에 알맞고 우리의 생활양식에서 볼 수 있는 한국형 삶는 세탁기, 길치 보관 냉장고, 물걸레 청소기가 나오게 된 배경에 대하여 조사하였다. 넷째로는 현재 개발 중인 판국형 제품과 기존 제품의 차이점을 분석하고 소비자가 진정으로 원하는 한국형 제품이 어떤 것인가를 조사하여 우리 생활 양식에 맞는 표백, 살균, 강력 세탁을 하는 삶는 세탁기와 김치 익힘·보관 및 밑반찬을 편리하게 정리하여 보관하는 냉장고, 먼지 흡입와 물걸레질를 동시에 하는 물걸레 청소기가 한국 주부의 가사노동 시간과 에너지 절약면에서 꼭 필요하며 앞으로도 개발될 필요성이 있는 제품임을 제시하였다.;As the society developes and the status of woman improved, house wives tend to enjoy their leisure and were burdened down with household affairs. The electric appliance which is used to reduce burdens on household and creat their own time are varied and developed by technical improvement but they have not fit 'Korean life style' and ailed in satisfyng Korean consumers. On this point, I chose three subject among many Korean-traditional food, clothing and shelter(A washing machine, refrigerator and vacuum cleaner) developed my research to present some way to that satisfy consumers as a good helper of house hold chores. Frist, I examined the background and its specific character of three unique Korean life style-doing laundry by boiling water, making and preserving kimchi, cleaning with wet dust cloth. Second, on the relation to socialization of house hold affairs, the use of the electric appliance is increasing. So I studied the need of washing machine, refrigerator and vacuum cleaner which make it easier to do tiresome chores that are 70% of household affairs. Third, I searched background of creating house chore helper such as typical Korean-boilng washing machine, kimchi preserving refrigerator and wet dust cloth vacuum cleaner which are deviced in correspondence with varied life style by developement of society, elevation of income level and increase of women's imployment. Forth, through the comparison of existing electric appliances and now-developing Korean style goods and through the search of user's wants and tastes, I showed the neccesity of Korean style devices that enable germicidal bleach-washing by boiling laundry, keeping kimchi and side-dishes, and cleaning with wet dust cloth and importance of their improvement.
