Acetic acid유도체에 의한 콩나물 생장에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 콩나물 서장에 전혀 사용한적이 없었던 식물성장 hormone인 α-naphthaleneacetic acid, indoleacetic acid, indolebutyric acid등과 이와 화학적으로 유사한 구조를 가지고 있는 acetic acid, propionic acid, butyric acid 등을 사용하여 얻은 콩나물과 종래의 일반적인 콩나물 재배법으로 얻은 콩나물과의 평균 무게, 평균 길이, 평균 굵기, 잔뿌리의 유무, 건강성 등을 비교 검토한 결과 indolebutyric acid와 indoleacetic acid에서 좋은 효과를 보았으나 이들은 값이 다소 비싸기 때문에 값이 싸고도 인체에 전혀 해가 없는 acetic acid만으로도 종래의 콩나물 재배법과는 달리 우수하게 콩나물을 재배시킬수 있는 방법을 개발하였다.;Cultivation of bean sprouts experiment by the method, 500㎎/l solutions of α-napthaleneacetic acid, indoleacetic acid, indolebutyric acid, acetic acid, propionic acid and butyric acid A-method for 24 hours disposal and also 50㎎/l solutions of above compounds spray on beans for 7 days continiously after 24 hours disposal by 500㎎/l solutions of above experimental compounds B-method. The finest result of this experiment obtained in indolebutyric acid of both A and B method compare with indoleacetic acid, α-naphthaleneacetic acid and acetic acid, especially control group.
