칸딘스키의 작품을 응용한 수영복 디자인 연구

Abstract

현대 사회는 고도 산업 사회를 지향하면서 생활 수준의 향상과 서구식 생활방식의 추구에 따른 간편한 생활양식의 변화로 여가 활용과 취미 개발에 대한 관심이 증대되어 스포츠·레져에 참여하는 인구가 증가하였다. 이러한 환경 속에서 수영은 특히 신체조절을 겸비한 최적의 운동으로서 많은 여성들의 참여가 활발히 이루어지고 있는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 사회적 배경을 바탕으로 현대 여성 소비자들의 기호에 맞는 색상이나 디테일의 표현을 위해 현대 회화에 나타난 조형상의 형태 및 색채를 새로운 시각적 소재나 기법으로서 수영복에 응용하여 독특하고 개성있는 디자인을 연구하였다. 실제 작품 제작에서는 주관적이고 진취적이며 자유분방한 현대의 젊은 여성상에 알맞는 디자인을 위해 진취적 사고방식으로 현대 추상 미술계의 선구자 역할을 하였던 칸딘스키의 작품을 체계적으로 분석하여 응용하였다. 즉 경쾌하고 다양한 형태와 색채를 자유롭게 구사한 칸딘스키의 점·선·면을 기초로 하여 기하학적으로 배치하였고 몇가지 대표적 색채를 선택하여 현대적 감각에 충실한 디자인을 시도하였다.;Recently the national income rises and the standard of living becomes higher by high growth of economy of our nation. By intention of high industrial society and development of feministic movement, the social and economical participation of woman is attained and women's social position grows highly. The change of a mode of living liberates woman from child care and household affairs. The participant population in sport-leisure increases by the growth of care of leisure and hobbydevelopment, so the demand and importance of swim suit as sport-leisure wear grows. To design swim suit equipped with formative quality and fashion suitable for modern active image of woman based on these social backgrounds, the present researcher applied kandinsky's peices which have free and rhythmical form and active and mysterious color, kandinsky, who was the creator of abstract art and brought on change exceeding tradition which gives self-awakening passion with peculiar characteristics of formative structure. In a real manufacture, the present manufacturer arranges basie color of point, line, and face used by mainly kandinsky and is faithful in expression of modern sense. As a result of research, we know that the geometrical form of kandinsky is easy to make good use of formative quality and fashion of swim sutit and proper for expression of design suitable for modern active image of woman and his color is harmony with various change and suitable for design expression of swim suit as sport-leisure cloth.
