色素地를 활용한 벽면 장식에 관한 연구

Abstract

흙은 원시시대에는 단순히 생활 용기를 만드는데 사용되었으나 점차 그 이용이 다양해져 建築材料에 까지 그 영역이 확대되었다. 이집트에서 무덤을 장식하기 위하여 타일을 처음 제작했듯이 건축의 장식과 흙의 관계는 오랜 세월을 두고 지속되었다. 예로부터 주위 환경 개선을 위해 노력해왔고, 현대에 들어서면서 인간은 더욱더 쾌적한 환경을 필요로 하면서 環境陶藝 분야에 많은 관심을 기울이게 되었다. 이런 취지에서 본 연구는 현대 건축에 알맞은 타일을 제작하는데 있어서 기존의 시유 타일의 방법에서 벗어나 새로운 방법을 모색하려 하였다. 현대인은 조형미 속에서 생활하므로 오히려 자연미를 선호하는 점을 감안할 때, 유약을 사용한 시유타일보다는 흙의 질감을 그대로 들어내는 무유타일이 현대인의 감각에 알맞다고 생각되기 때문이다. 본 연구의 방법은 전통 문양과 현대 문양을 응용하여 무유타일을 제작했다. 또 현대 문양의 타일은 타일 자체에 변화를 주어 선과 면의 미를 나타내려 하였고, 전통 문양의 타일은 瓦와 博을 응용한 타일을 제작하였다. 발색은 분홍색, 갈색, 노란색, 짙은녹색, 파람색, 검정색, 붉은색을 이용하여 색소지 실험을 하였으며, 실험 결과 선택된 색상으로 무유타일을 제작하였다. 성형은 일정한 모양을 반족하여 제작하는 충진 성형 방법을 사용하였다. 현대인의 생활에 자연미를 제공하여 현대인의 정서함양에 도움을 줌은 물론 쾌적한 생활 공간을 만드는데 도움이 되길 바란다.;Clay has been just used for vessels in primitive age, but the usage of clay has been expanding and diversifying even as a material of architecture. As tombs of Egypt were decorated with tiles, the relationship between clay and architecture has been keeping for a long time. From ancient times, mankind has been trying to make better environment. Especially today, the field of ceramic for environment has been concentrated on making more delightful environment. The purpose of this study is to be free from the existing way of tile used a enamel in making the proper tiles for modern architecture. Because tiles which are not used a enamel and are shown the sense of natural beauty, will contribute much the emotional stability of modern people than tiles used a enamel, considering as people like a natural beauty in flooding of an artificial beauty. According to this study's purpose, tiles not used a enamel were made by means of traditional design and modern design which tends to express the beauty of line and plane by using the different coloured, shaped tiles. Experimentation on dying clay was acted by the steel powder and the colour of pink, brown, yellow, peacock, green, and black. Among these colours, a few colours were selected to use for the tiles not used a enamel. In making the shape of tile shape, a method of compression formation of tile being suitable for mass production, was used. I bore that providing a natural beauty to people can help to foster a modern people's emotion and to make the pleasurable condition for modern life.
