다이아그램을 활용한 환경포스터 연구

Abstract

Communication is an essential element of all the arts. An important duty of designers deliver an information and creat and communicate it within the limited esthetic in order to embody the meaning of information. Designers abide by the consequence of the actual, take the course of communication in proportion to actual condition and maintain closed connection between the society and designer. And so, Designers have a consciousness of social participation which is regard to social problem and they must contribute to society as not only citizen but also expert. Today, Because of brilliant advancement of science and technology, human life is bestowed a benefit in all the classes of society and elevate the quality and quantity of life but their affluent daily life bring to catestrophe, for example, energy consumption, drain upon the country's resouress and pollution due to environmental. So that it intimidate existence of mankind. In view of this present situation, designers have to illuminate a visual language by their view point. That is very important thing. At present, We must have a consciousness of protection of environment. On the other hand, we have to practice about environmental pollution definitely. But there is no use in making any more efforts without accurate consciousness. Therefore, The aim of this study is that environmental pollution is the question at issue and effort for solving environmntal problem is defined as designer's social duty. As a representation, utilize a diagram in order to communicate information efficiently to others. Diagram contains verbal representation and non-verbal representation. The one represent definite environmental information while the other represent the picture's character that apprehend the whole. I use these two characters and visualize those for communicate easily and fast for all people definite environmental information. As for theoretical background of this study I observed designer's general social duty, the specification of diagram as a visual language and its expression. As a result of this study, Diagram increase an effect of communication because diagram that contain visual language is take the form of linguistic information and aesthetic picture delivers gifted contents quickly and suitably. Therefore, I made a diagram that expresses serious problem of our environmental. This study is as a result of expression through the diagram and I can approach reality and accuracy for applying definite environmental date to my wort. From now on, Designers have to develop diagram as a medium of effective communication and enlightening aspect in order to solving social problems. And I hope to continuous study in this field.;커뮤니케이션은 모든 예술의 공통분모로서, 디자이너의 목적은 인포메이션을 명확하게 전달하는데에 있으며 그 의미를 풍부하게 하기위하여 미의 규범속에서 창조하고 커뮤니케이트 하는데에 있다. 디자이너는 현실을 감수하고 현실적 조건에 따라 커뮤니케이션의 방향을 정하며 그 사회와 밀접한 관계를 유지해간다. 그러므로 디자이너는 그 사회가 안고있는 문제에 대하여 사회 참여 의식을 가지고 시민으로서도 물론이거니와 전문인으로서 사회에 기여한다. 특히 오늘날의 눈부신 과학기술의 발달은 인간생활 전반에 걸친 물질문명의 혜택을 누릴 수 있게 되었고, 인간의 삶에 대한 질적, 양적 향상을 기하게 되었지만 이러한 풍요로운 소비생활은 에너지 소비, 자원의 고갈, 환경파괴에 의한 공해 등을 초래하여 인류의 생존까지 위협하는 상황에 이르게 되었다. 이러한 현대의 상황에 비추어볼때 디자이너의 시각을 통해 조명되어지는 시각언어들은 중요한 위치를 차지한다. 현대의 환경오염에 대한 문제해결에 있어서 구체적인 실천은 말할것도 없고 바탕에 흐르는 의식을 갖는것은 중요하다. 정확한 인식을 지니지 않으면 어떠한 노력도 기대할 수 얼기 때문이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 환경에 대한 문제들을 디자이너의 사회적 역활로서 규정하고 효율적인 정보전달을 위하여 표현방법으로는 다이아그램을 이용하였는데, 이는 구체적인 환경정보를 보여주는 언어적 표현방법과 전체를 파악할 수 있는 그림의 특성을 보여주는 비언어적 표현방법의 두가지의 특성을 활용하여 시각화함으로써 모든 사람이 구체적인 환경정보를 빠르고 쉽게 커뮤니케이트 할 수 있도록 하는데에 있다. 연구의 이론적 배경으로는 디자이너의 전반적인 사회적 역활에 대하여 살펴보고 커뮤니케이션에 있어서 시각언어로서의 다이아그램의 정의 및 특성과 함께 그 표현 예들을 살펴보았다. 본 연구의 결과, 다이아그램이 언어적 정보와 미적인 그림의 형식이 함께 갖추어진 시각언어로서 주어진 내용을 적절하고 신속하게 전달하므로 커뮤니케이션 효과를 증대시킨다. 따라서 점차 심각해져가는 우리의 환경문제를 시각화함에 있어서 그 표현 방법을 다이아그램으로 제작하여 보았다. 본 연구는 다이아그램을 통한 표현결과로서, 구체적인 환경데이타를 적용하여 좀 더 현실적이며 정확한 커뮤니케이션에 접근할 수 있었으며, 앞으로 다이아그램이 사회적 문제 해결을 위해 효율적인 커뮤니케이션 매체로써 디자이너에 의한 계몽적 측면에서의 계속적인 발전이 이루어졌으면 하는 바램이다.
