「고등학교 역사부도」의 비교 분석

Abstract

This study has been conducted by analyzing the exterior and interior aspects of the seven kinds of high school "history appended book" being compiled in accordance with the 5th curriculum. In spite of the acknowledgement of the history appended book which is the most seem to be less utilizing it, and almost none of the school adopts this teaching material at present especially in the field of world histort education, nor positive study in this field has been known. Therefore, the writer attempts to grasp the characteristics, features, and the mattered points of this textbook. The witer has taken a review over the exsisting study results in this field of research to find logical background, and compared the features of setup and compilation of the history appended books through exterior analysis, and furthered its analysis by dividing a several categories. Also, the function of history appended book was divided into three which was followed by the analysis of its interior aspects. The result of analysis and comparision has revealed that the all seven kinds of history appended book have chronology and genealogy of Kings. The main text of this dissertation thus has included summary, chart, and episodes, and paintings. Per each age, the weight of modern and contemporary histories have been represented rather highly, and per each territory it has been concentrated within the terriories of Far East and Europe, and per each study area, the history textbook and the appended chart of Korea has been drew the attention of oters who will find it a fairful material in understanding of Korean history. In the interior aspect of the history appended book, the writer has analyzed with positive examples of the chart concentrated on the interpretation of the historical facts considering the chart's three functions, the grasp of space, understanding of systimization, and interpretation of facrs. Three was a considerable number of history appended book which were treated for the space formation, and there was almost none of the chart which is aimed for the fact interpretation. The exisiting chart which the characteristics and features of has been troubled by the wrong records and excessively a large scope of expalanation, the result of which induced a considerable disorder. And thus the educational leaders engaging in teaching have laid a ength of distance in choosing hi story appended book. Although this study has been considered as shorter in general view, the writer will take the continued study by broadening the area of study, and the result of the study will become a referential information to those who are planning to compile the 6th educational materials for high school, specifically for the benefit of history appended book.;본 연구는 제5차 교육과정에 의거 편찬된 7종의 고등학교용 「역사부도」를 외형적 내면적으로 분석한 것이다. 역사부도가 교육현장에서 가장 손쉽게 활용할 수 있음에도 불구하고 실제 수업에서의 활용은 미약하고 역사지도 특히 세계사 분야에 관한 연구는 전무한 실정이므로 현행 「역사부도」의 성격, 특징, 문제점을 파악하고자 한다. 먼저, 기존의 선행연구를 통해 理論的 背景을 살펴본 후, 외형적 분석으로서 역사부도의 체제와 구성상의 특징을 비교하고, 몇개의 영역으로 나누어 外的分析을 하였다. 또한, 역사지도의 기능을 3가지로 분류하여 그에 따른 內容分析을 시도하였다. 그 결과, 종의 역사부도는 부록으로 연표, 왕계표 등이 있고, 본문은 역사지도를 중심으로 요약 및 도표, 사진 및 삽화 등이 수록되어 있다. 시대별로는 근·현대의 비중이 조금 높게 나타나고 있으며 지역별로는 유럽과 아시아 대륙에 집중되어 있고, 영역별는 정치사 분야가 상당히 높게 나타나 지역별·영역별로 특정시기나 특정지역에 편중되는 문제점이 있다. 한국사와의 연관지도는 세계사적 시야에서 한국사를 인식하게 하는 좋은 자료가 되고 있다. 내용 분석에서는 역사지도의 세가지 기능, 즉 空間性의 把握, 系統性의 理解, 史實의 解釋을 중심으로 구체적 지도를 예로 들어 분석하였다. 空間性의 把握을 위한 지도가 상당히 많았고, 史實의 解釋을 위한 지도는 극히 빈약했다. 이러한 특징과 더불어 현행 역사부도는 연대의 오기, 한 지도안에 많은 정보의 수록으로 인한 혼란 등의 문제로 인해 교육 현장에서의 부도 선택에 신중함이 요구된다. 본 연구가 미흡하나마 학습자료 연구의 영역을 넓히고 제6차 교육과정의 고등학교용 「역사부도」의 제작에 도움이 되었으면 한다.
