陶磁 食器 開發에 關한 硏究

Abstract

In general reality of ceramic, is not far from the category of foodware, because utility ware is the most important part in ceramic. Things that had made in ceramic until Yi dynasty, mostly had made were food ware and it is the fact that we can realize. So, ceramic wares are used widely and the most essential thing in human life. And, they're been contributed in human-culture aspect. This point of view, I want to develope ceramic food ware. Because ceramic food ware is a absolutly necessary thing that we carry on our life among clothes, food, and house which are the main thing in our living-life. Particularly, modern dietary life is different from past. It demands dessert after finish the main course. So in many kinds of ceramic food ware. I'm going to develope various form of dessert ware. First of all, for understanding of progress of our food culture in Korea I looked into stream of each period and also, looked around in priority about typical form of food ware. And I did field study at the department stores and ceramic-showroom for study about construction of our food lift, and about how ceramic ware applies to our table, and interest for the design, that base examine, I could see todays character of dietary life. Specially, the reason why I choose the dessert ware, I think it is that. We can easily see the change of our table culture, has been influenced from western civilization. With this basic study of cultural background, I concentrated modern feeling and give this feeling to design an products.;陶磁에 對한 一般的인 認識은 그릇(器皿)이라는 範圍를 크게 벗어나지 않을 만큼 陶磁器에서는 器로서의 役割이 主가된다고 할 수 있다. 朝鮮時代까지 도자를 素材로 하여 만들어졌던 것 중에서 그릇이 대부분을 차지하고 있는 것을 보더라도 알 수 있는 事實이다. 그러므로 도자기는 人間生活에 있어서 가장 긴요한 필수품으로 광범위하게 使用되어 人類 文化樣相에 크게 이바지하여 왔다. 이러한 觀點에서 본 硏究는 우리 生活에 主가 되는 衣·食·住 中에 生活을 영위하는데 絶對的으로 必要한 食生活에 있어서 重要한 필수품인 陶磁食器를 開發하고자 한다. 特히 現代의 식생활은 과거와는 달리 食後에 후식을 많이 要求하고 있으므로 도자식기 중에서도 後食器의 種類를 살펴보고자 한다. 먼저 우리나라 식생활이 어떻게 變化發展해 왔는가를 把握하기 위해 各 時代別로 흐름을 알아보고 식기의 特徵的 器形을 重點的으로 살펴보았다. 또한 오늘날 우리 식생활의 構造와 그에 미치는 식기의 사용도 및 디자인에 대한 關心度 등을 파악하기 위하여 百貨店 및 陶器 展示場 등을 둘러보며 조사하였고 그 結果로 얻은 資料를 토대로 오늘날 식생활의 특징을 알아보았다. 特別히 後食(Dessert)器를 택한 理由는 現代 西歐文物의 影響으로 변화된 우리나라 食卓文化의 樣相이 가장 잘 나타난 것이 後食器라고 생각했기 때문이었고 이러한 背景을 土臺로 作品製作 역시 現代的인 감각을 中心으로 디자인하였다.
