「三說記」에 나타난 삶의 인식

Abstract

「三說記」는 당대의 현실에 밀접하게 관련을 맺고 있는 조선후기 최초의 방각본 국문 단편 소설집이다. 本 論文은 「三說記」가 당대의 시대적 배경을 충분히 반영하고 있다는 認識에서 출발하여 그 文學的 背景으로 社會·經濟的 背景, 思想的 背景, 文化的 背景을 살피는 것에서 시작하였다. 「三說記」의 각 작품이 社會의 압력으로 사회현상을 반영하고 있다는 착상에 대한 역발상으로 작품에 나타난 삶에 대한 인식의 모습을 또한 살펴보았다. 어떻게 살 것인가라는 인생의 물음에 대해 끊임없이 방법적인 태도를 제시하고 있는 「三說記」가 보이는 삶에 대한 인식을 현실주의적 태도, 인간성에 대한 긍정, 새로운 가치관의 제시, 현실의 모순에 대한 비판 의식의 네 측면에서 볼 수 있었다. 「三說記」의 이러한 면모는 서민의식의 성장을 보인다는 것과 봉건적 세계에 대한 비판과 저항의 모습을 살피게 한다는 것에서 그 문학적 특성을 찾게 한다. 동시에 「三說記」의 現實과 밀접한 면모는 후대에도 영향을 미쳐 이 작품이 전통성 계승과 전달이라는 文學史的 意義를 지니게 한다.;Samsoˇlgi is the first collection of short stories written by Korean language in the latter period of Yi-dynasty, and it is closely connected with the times. "Samsoˇlgi shows the conditions of the times"; this is the starting point of my thesis. I studied the work with the imvestiga-tion on its economic, social, cultural and ideological background as its literary sources. And this idea, conversely, make it possible for me to examine the shapes of recognition on the human life shown in the works. How to live, about this question of human life, Samsoˇlgi constantly presents the methodological attitudes that is, realistic attitude, affirmation of humanity, suggestion of new value system and critical consciousness against the present contradiction. In this features of Samsoˇlgi, we can find out the growth of the common people's spirit and resistance against the feudal society. These are the literary characters Samsoˇlgi has. At the same time, the close correlation between the present situation and the works had influence upon the after day's literary works. Samsoˇlgi has a significant meaning-succession and transmission of tradition-in the Korean literature.
