사무공간의 효용성을 위한 시스템가구에 관한 연구

Abstract

A great change was made in office building, to high industrial development along with enlargement of business volume and industrial technology. There is especially, new attempt to have changeabillity and economical view in comfortable office space area use following with multistory building and information oriented building design. For effective office work, electronical office automation which is made by various mach and computers, our basic feature. There fore, it is believed a safe approach to develop both office automation and office appliance, such as furniture, desk and chair with office space systematically. With the high density of population in our country, this subject was not properly developed be of passive measure to in act up environmental change and lack of sufficient office space. There for every possible factors must be scrutinized by the help of human-engineering and office automation with technical improvement to apply systemized appliance which is adaptable to our society. However should office space an enviroment be automated and electronically systemized, man must have key in there. Also the thought, "humanized office space" have to be respected and it ought to be planned to preserve interrelation between space and human behavior. The purpose of this study is to design systemized furniture which give rational efficient product facillity functionally, the followings are its main points. First, the system furniture in office desk and chair are the main subject to find out necessary requirements. Second, the overall historical researches and types of internal office space are studied in its merit as a concept of office space. Third, usage of system furniture and its role was classified together with module of office space, proper module of human notion and frequency of module as a relation between human engineering module and system furniture. In addition, the function of office furniture was studied to fine out its effects. Fourth, to understand the needs and facts of furniture, the present situation of furniture was studied in order to get more efficient furniture design. All the above studies are important to design system furniture which is suitable to our present situation. Therefore, all the related factors should be analyzed and find out fundamental problems so that it would be improved our office environment with team work of global concerned companies.;고도의 산업발전으로 기업의 형태가 과학기술과 함께 대형화 되면서 사무소 건축은 많은 변화를 가져오게 되었고, 특히 경제발전과 더불어 사무소 건축이 고층화, 기계정보화 하여 사무능률의 향상과 가변성, 경제성을 갖고 있으며, 사무환경을 쾌적하고 안락하게 하여 공간의 효율적인 이용을 가져다주는 시도가 나타나고 있다. 사무능률을 위한 배경으로 각종기기의 개발과 콤퓨터의 등장으로 인해서 가속적으로 발전하고 있는 전자혁신 "사무자동화,, (Office Automation)가 뒷받침되고 기기를 비롯한 가구 등 책상 의자에 이르기까지 사무공간과 유기적인 관계로 개발 전개하는것이 옳바른 접근방법이라 하겠다. 아직 우리나라에서는 좁은 국토에 비해 높은 인구 밀도와 함께 사무인구의 급증에 대한 공간의 부족과 각종정보의 증가에 대처하기 위한 첨단기술과 기기의 개발 및 변화에 대한 소극적인 대책과 가구자체의 문제가 복합적인 요소로 작용하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 OA기기와 적응성 및 기술진보를 배경으로 인간공학적인 모든 문제가 검토되어야 하고 우리의 실정에 맞는 시스템화된 가구를 개발하여야 겠다. 그러나 사무공간의 환경이 기계화, 전자화 된다고 하여도 주체는 인간이라는 점에서 존중되어야 하며 그 행위와 행위를 보존하는 기기와 공간의 관계를 유기적으로 계획하여야 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 작업공간의 합리적 이고도 효율적인 생산설비 및 고도의 기능화 된 시스템가구를 연구하는데 목적을 두고 그를 위한 연구범위는 다음과 같다. 첫번째로는, 연구의 목적 및 연구의 범위를 전개하였는데 사무공간에 있어 업무를 위한 시스템가구중 책상과 의자만으로 한정시켜 필요한 요구사항을 전개하여 본다. 두번째로는, 사무공간에 대한 개념으로 사무공간의 전반적인 사적고찰과 내부공간을 유형별로 그 장 · 단점을 알아보았고 시스템가구의 사용에 대한 접근으로 전개시켜 본다. 세번째로는, 사무공간과 인간공학적인 모듈과 시스템가구에 대한 사항으로 사무공간의 모듈과 인간동작의 적정모듈 및 사용도를 구분하였고 O.A도입으로 인한 시스템가구의 등장과 개념을 분류하여 보았으며 기능적인 가구에 대해서도 알아 보았다. 네번째로는, 시스템 가구의 사용실태를 통해 가구에 대한 인식과 요구도를 알아내고 국내사무가구의 실례를 파악하여서 보다 낳은 시스템가구가 되도록 하는데 중점을 둔다. 이와같이 중요한 것은 우리의 실정에 맞는 우리의 시스템가구를 연구 디자인하여야 한다는 것인데, 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 이에 따른 요소들을 분석하고 본질적인 문제에 접근하여서 여러 기업간의 상호협동으로 인해 관련분야 전문인들의 적극적인 참여로서 위의 목적에 합당하는 시스템가구를 연구하며, 좀더 낳은 사무환경에 도움이 되는것을 그 목적으로 한다.
