自然形態와 幾何學的 形態와의 構成

Abstract

Artists have done creative activities in a given space, pursuing the expression of beauty continually beyond the space and time. Thus, artists draw a element which can be the object of formative expression from the order of profound nature, and they find a method which can approach to the human life for this creations. Therefore, the purpose of this study is the expression of another new space by dyeing, finding the order of human life and harmonizing a visual formative thing with the nature. For the purpose of this study, the concept which is coexisted the formative and the expressio is regarded as the element of aesthetic object. And, in order to express subjective internal world and objective external world, I make a figure of the meeting with flowers which glance at our vision, using the objects and the divided sides of city-space windows as a medium. And, in the theoretical background, the wide creation-range of dyeing arts is studied, basing on the various modes of arts which use the nature as a material. Basing on above mentioned theory, the six works made by 'dyeing method coated with wax' were produced and analyzed. And the conclusions are as follows. The first, the current expression of modern art is not the objective description of objects but the expression of new objects by author's subjective observation, image and imagination. The second, in the case of expressing the internal world of life, the harmony with flower on a geometrical figure can be a good medium. And the flower's mysterious lifelikeness and geometrical form are adequate material in a formative expression which is intended in this study. The third, the flower's rhythmical form make a orderly space. The new space is increased by the formative unity of figure and the composition of geometrical figure. The fourth, Reiterating the 'dyeing method coated with wax' is some obstacle to handle a clear and transparent color. But the other hand, the effect of overlapping color can show the flower's lifelikeness and fantastic automosphere well. I think that above problems can slove gradually by ceaseless investigation and development, because this problems are only the characters of 'dyeing method coated with wax'. This study has technical and theoretical defects. But the steady activities of work in the future can overcome this problem and can render great services to create the good works.;藝術家는 주어진 공간 속에서 시공간(時空間)을 초월한 아름다움의 표현을 끊임없이 추구하며 創造活動을 해왔다. 따라서 作家는 이러한 창조를 위해 심오한 자연의 질서안에서 조형적 표현의 대상이 될수 있는 요소를 抽出하며 인간생활과 접근할 수 있는 방법을 모색하고 있는 것이다. 그러므로 본 硏究는 視覺論 造形物과 自然形과의 조화를 꾀함으로 새로운 삶의 질서를 발견하며 다른 하나의 造形空間을 表現코저 하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 이와같은 목적을 위하여 造形과 表現의 共存된 개념을 美的對象의 요소로 생각하였으며 주관적인 內的세계와 객관적인 外的世界의 表現을 위해 대상과 都市空間의 恣이 넘겨주는 分割된 面의 Image 를 媒介體로 간간히 우리 視野를 스치는 꽃들과의 만남을 형상화 하기 위하여 理論的 背景에서 自然을 素材로한 美術의 여러양식을 母體로 염색미술의 넓은 창작범위를 연구하였다. 위와같은 이론을 바탕으로하여 초방염법에 의한 6점의 작품을 제작 분석하여 다음과 같은 결론에 도달하였다. 첫째, 현대미술의 표현의 흐름은 대상의 객관적 묘사가 아니고 작가의 주관적 관찰, 이미지 상상에 의한 새로운 대상의 표현이라는 것을 알수 있었다. 둘째, 幾何도형을 기반으로 한 꽃과의 조화는 삶의 내적세계를 표현하는데에 좋은 媒介體가 될수 있었으며 꽃이 갖는 신비로운 생명감과 기하학적 형태는 본 연구에서 의도한 조형적 표현에 적절한 소재였다. 셋째, 꽃의 율동적 형태는 질서있는 공간을 형성하며 형상의 조형적 統一性과 기하도형의 구성은 새로운 공간성을 고조시킬 수 있었다. 넷째, 반복되는 초방염법은 밝고 투명한 색상처리에서 다소 장애요인이 되었지만 반면에 중복되는 색의 효과로 꽃의 생명력과 환상적 분위기를 잘 나타낼 수가 있었다. 위와같은 결과는 초방염법만이 갖는 특성이기 때문에 끊임없는 연구개발로 점차 향상되리라 생각한다. 이번 연구는 기술적으로나 이론적으로 미비한 점이 있지만 앞으로의 꾸준한 작품활동은 필연적으로 이를 극복하여 좋은 작품을 창작하는데 밑거름이 되리라 생각한다.
