자연이미지의 선에 의한 율동적 표현에 관한 연구

Abstract

자연은 인간의 삶의 터전으로서 인간에게 끊임없이 감동을 주며, 예술에 있어서 무한한 소재를 제공해 주었다. 자연의 표현은 시대에 따라 변화되어 왔으며, 현대미술의 경향도 대상을 그대로 묘사하는 방법에서 탈피하여, 대상에서 받은 감동을 예술가의 내면세계의 체험에 의하여 각기 다른 형식으로 표현되고 있다. 즉 조형활동에 있어서 표현방법은 다양한 재료와 기법의 발전으로 그 영역이 무한히 확대되었으며, 작가의 개성에 따라서 표현방법이 변하여 왔다. 염색공예도 시대의 흐름과 작가의 개성에 따라서 그 표현방법이 변화되어 가고 있으며, 조형예술의 한 분야로서 자리를 굳혀 가고 있다. 이에 본 연구자는 자연현상에서 느끼는 감동을 내적인 심상의 이미지와 연결하여 서정적으로 해석하여서 생명력있는 새로운 조형세계를 모색하는데 그 목적을 두었다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 이론적 배경으로 자연과 예술의 관계와, 자연의 추상적 표현에 대해 살펴본 후에, 선을 이용하여 자연을 추상적으로 표현할 수 있는 가능성을 모색해 보았다. 이러한 이론적 배경을 바탕으로 작품을 제작하여 얻은 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 현대의 조형예술에서 표현의 대상으로서 자연은 대상의 외형적인 재현이 아닌, 시대나 작가의 주관에 의해 창조적으로 재구성됨을 알 수 있었다. 둘째, 추상적 표현에 있어서 선은 그 자체의 생명력으로 인하여 인간의 내면세계를 상징적으로 형상화하는데 적절한 방법이었다. 세째, 천을 접어서 나타난 선의 표현은 질서있는 화면을 구성하는 데 있어서 효과적이었다. 네째, 작품제작에 있어서 재료와 기법의 개발로서 창조적이고 개성적인 새로운, 표현양식이 생성됨을 알 수 있었다.;Man's continuous concern about nature harmonize with internal formative will and emotion from the nature. So, it makes the artist to pursuit the creative formative world. Therefore, this researcher taked the theme of 'A Study on the Rhythmical Expression by the Line of Nature Image'. ; and reached the conclusions as follows : First, the way of artistical expressing has been changed by the age and the individuality of the artist. Secondly, it is a proper way of rhythimic expressing by the line that nature is changed, created, and become extinct continously. Thirdly, as to express an urge of beauty which exist inner, line is a factor of abstract expression by it's own power of line. Lastly, to make a work, it is impossible to creat new formative world without researching the charact of the materials and studying of expressions teachniques. In making works, it was difficult to maintain the space between the line and line on the picture when I fold cloth and fix to same extent. And there is a week point that the character of the fiver is diminish because the way of expressing is hard as the dyed cloth is fixed by the line. There problems should be solved through instant works. This reacher will study on formative expression of the dye work steadily.
