陶磁 접시 開發에 관한 硏究

Abstract

Many changes have generated in our food life modern times. Also the direct changes have come into being by means of the import and the exchange of Western food. But the use of western table-ware exposed on the surface, among the changes, have provibed the table ware which express the culture of our food life fragmentarly with a lot of variation. However our practical menu can not be escaped even now. This means that the disorder between our meal custom and our menu exists, while no escaping from Korean food and using western dishes as it is. That is to say, the table-ware in accordance with our food life requires the concave shape different from the flat one of western dishes. Moreover a set of dishes for a table of traditional table service is being reduced, it is because that the use of changeless and monotonous set of dishes is avoided for the desire to have their unique design along with the economical growth. Also the gradual change of food life in our life pattern become to require western table-service. As above mentioned, the modification of absurd and a variety of design in the use of western tableware are needed according to the increase of life level by consumers. Especially the transition of food life with a sudden import opening since the 1980s is thought to need the design development for our unique tableware from the viewpoints of present. This study selected the side dishes as the objects, which are regarded to be needed most among the pottery table-ware. In this respect, this study based the table service research to be developed in the future on investigating the historical change from prehistoric age to our industrial pottery these days. In addition, this study compared and analyzed our Korean table-ware with western one with the historical investigation of table service. And through the survey of market, I understood the present statue of our changing food life, and so as to see the tableware needed from the consumers, I executed the questionnaire and reflected the results extrated from it on the design. The work-manufacture used the plaster-work in order to get the result of mass-production.;現代의 急擊한 社會 變化에 따라 우리의 食生活에도 많은 變化가 일어나고 있다. 西歐食品의 유입 및 교류에 의하여 식생활에도 直接的인 變化가 일어나고 있다. 그러나 食器 使用에 있어서 表面上으로 드러나는 변화 중 서양식기의 사용은 우리의 食生活文化를 단면적으로 표현한다고 할 수 있는 식기에 많은 변화를 주고 있다. 그러나 실제 우리의 식단은 아직까지 밥과 국을 基本으로 하는 식단에서 크게 벗어나지 못한 채 食器만은 서양의 접시를 그대로 使用하고 있는 실태이다. 즉 우리의 식생활에 맞는 식기는 서양의 평평한 접시 形態와는 다른 약간 오목한 그릇형태를 요구한다. 또한 家庭에서 우리의 전통식기인 飯床器를 사용하는 가정도 줄어들고 있는 실태이다. 그러한 이유는 다양하고 화려한 서양접시를 많이 대하여 보았기 때문에 거의 변화가 없고 一律的인 반상기의 사용을 기피하고 있다고 생각된다. 즉 경제성장과 더불어 나만의 獨特한 디자인을 갖고 싶어하는 欲求때문이라고 하겠다. 또한 우리의 식생활에서 食生活의 점진적인 變化는 서양식기도 요구하게 되었다. 이상에서 살펴본 바와 같이 서양식기의 사용에 있어서 불합리와 보다 多樣한 디자인을 要求하는 소비자들의 소득 수준의 향상과 함께 무엇보다도 1980年代 이후 급격히 밀려드는 수입 개방화에 따른 식생활의 변화는 지금 이 시점에서 우리만의 독특한 식기 디자인 개발이 필요한 시기라 하겠다. 本 硏究에서는 도자식기 중에서도 가장 시급하다고 생각되는 접시 開發만을 對象으로 삼았다. 이러한 觀點에서 本 硏究는 先史時代부터 現在 우리나라의 産業 陶磁에 이르기 까지의 歷史的인 변화를 考察함으로써 앞으로 개발해 나가야 할 식기연구를 위한 기초로 삼았다. 또한 식기의 역사적인 고찰과 함께 西洋食器와 우리의 韓食器에 대하여 조사하였다. 그리고 시장조사를 통하여 변화하고 있는 우리 식생활의 현재 위치를 파악하여 보고 소비자들이 필요로 하는 식기를 알아보기 위하여 設問調査를 실시하였다. 작품제작은 大量 生産이라는 결과를 얻기 위하여 석고형을 使用하였다. 이러한 연구를 통하여 현대사회의 급격한 사회변화를 수용할 수 있는 식기 디자인 개발의 필요성을 느꼈다.
