소형 아파트를 위한 욕실디자인에 관한 연구

Abstract

오늘날 다양한 주거 형태의 문화는 복합적인 요소로 구성되어 지며, 또한 다양한 목적을 위하여 창조된 것이다. 그중 인간이 갖고 있는 가장 기본적 생리적 욕구의 해소는 욕실이라는 공간을 통하여 이루어 지고 있다. 욕실은 위생이라는 기능적 측면에서 중요한 공간이지만 사용자로 하여금 사회적 기능과 자아의 안정을 위한 정신적 측면도 함께 해결되는 복합적 기능이 요구되는 인간생활의 필수적인 공간이다. 본 연구는 이와 같은 의의(意義)를 가진 욕실을 기본 구성요건으로한 고찰과 실제적 상황에 대한 현장조사와 분석을 통해 욕실의 모든 문제를 규명하고 바람직한 위생의 장(場)을 제시 하는 것을 그 목적으로 하고 있다. 특히 욕실을 하나의 체계로 보고 이들 요소들간의 유기적 배열을 위해 "체계적 배열계획(Systematic Layout Planning)" 방법을 활용 하였다. 이러한 욕실에 대한 연구를 효과적으로 진행하기 위해 다음과 같은 내용으로 진행 하였다. 먼저 Ⅰ장에서는 본 연구의 필요성과 배경을 논하고, 문제를 제기하여 연구 목적을 밝힌다. 이에 따르는 연구의 범위로서 소형아파트의 욕실을 설정하고 직접 설문법과 체계적 배열방법등의 연구 방법을 정하였다. 이어 Ⅱ장에서는 위생이라는 개념으로서 욕실의 의의와 이의 변천에 대한 고찰을 함으로써 욕실의 이론적 배경을 형성하고 욕실에서의 행위의 규명과 이에 따른 요소들과 이의 기존자료를 수집 요약 하였다. 다음 Ⅲ장에서는 연구대상에 대한 보다 구체적이고, 실제적인 조사를 하기 위한 연구대상 샘플(Sample)을 선정해 직접방문, 설문조사를 실시하여 연구의 사실적 근거를 마련하였다. 조사결과의 분석은 SPSS/PC+^(*)의 빈도분석, 군집분석등을 활용하여 욕실의 현황과 문제점을 구조적으로 살펴 보았다. 문제 분석의 결과를 토대로 욕실디자인 방향을 설정하여 전체 욕실과 요소별 디자인의 방향을 제시하였다. Ⅳ장에서는 요소별의 디자인과 디자인 요소간의 유기적 배치를 위하여 "공간배열 프로그램(Space Allocation Program)", "군집분석(Cluster Analysis)" 등의 컴퓨터를 응용한 체계적 배열계획(Systematic Layout Planning) 방법을 활용하였다. Ⅴ장에서는 최종단계로 욕실과 요소별 개념을 확정하고 새로운 욕설 시스템을 도면, 투시도를 통하여 제시하였다. 끝으로 새롭게 제시된 욕실의 개념과 특징을 정리하고 연구해야 될 과제를 조망하여 연구의 결론을 맺었다.;These days a variety of a residential culture is composed of composite elements and it is created for various purposes. Among them the most basic and physical desire that man has is cancelled through the space of bathroom. A bathroom must be hygienic in a functional view and a user must feel a social function and spiritual peace in a spiritual view. It is required a composite funtion and is a essential space for man's life. This study purposes showing a desirable hygienic space and examining closely all of the problem of a bathroom through a study of a basic composition and an on-the-spot proble and an analysis of a practical state of things. Above all this study regards a bathroom as one system and make the best of "systematic Layout Planning" for a systematic layout of these conditions. This study will progress the following contents for progressing a study of a bathroom effectively. This report says the necessity and hacking of this study and showes the problem for making clear the purpose of this study in the first chapter. This established a bathroom of a small apartment as the confines of this study and arranged a direct question and systematic layout-way. This report studied the mtaning of a bathroom, its changes and its theoretical backing as the concept of hygiene and collected and summarized the act in a bathroom, conditions and the existing matrials in the second chapter. This report selected the sample of study and visited directly for making the concrete and practical inquiries about the subject of study in the third chapter. The analysis of findings made the best of frequency analysis and cluster analysis of spss/pe+ and had ready the monent for considering structually the present condition and the problem of a bathroom. As a result of Problem analysis established this report the way of a bathroom-design and resulted in a general and partial design. This report made the best of systematic Lay-out plunning, that applied the computors of "Space allocation Program" and "Cluster Analysis," for systematic layout of a partical design and these conditions in the fourth chapter. This report fixed the perfact bathroom and the partical concepts and showed the new system of a bathroom with a drawing and a perspective drawing in the fifth chapter. Finally arranged this report the concepts and the characteristic of a bathroom that is showed newly and had a distant view of the subject that must be studied.
