중소기업 정보시스템 아웃소싱 성공에 대한 연구

Abstract

급속도로 발전하는 정보시스템으로 인해 지속적으로 증가하고 있는 정보 시스템 아웃소싱이 기업의 전략적 관리측면에서 중요시 여겨지고 있다. 대부분의 기업은 아웃소싱이 기업에 이득을 가져다줄 것으로 여기고 있다. 아웃소싱한 기업의 이득은 비용절감, 전략적 적합, 관리의 효율화, 기술적 진보, 정보시스템에 대한 질 좋은 서비스를 들 수 있다. 한국의 정보시스템 아웃소싱 시장은 captive 뿐만 아니라 non-captive 으로 그리고 공공부문과 대기업중심에서 중소기업으로 움직이고 있다. 특히 중소기업의 인력적인 측면이나 기업력 측면에서 보았을 때 정보시스템 기능을 외부에서 지원받는 아웃소싱은 유용한 것으로 여겨진다. 지금까지의 논문들은 주로 공공부문, 대기업 그리고 그의 자회사를 중심으로 이루어 졌고 중소기업에 대한 연구는 미진한 상태이다. 이번 논문은 중소기업에 대한 논문이다. 첫째, 정보시스템 아웃소싱 요인과 정보시스템 아웃소성 성공에 대한 기존의 연구를 알아보고 둘째, 설문을 통한 기존 연구인 정보시스템 아웃소싱과 중소기업의 특징을 모으고 결과적으로 기존 연구된 정보시스템 아웃소싱에 대한 연구가 중소기업에 적합한지 밝히고 정보시스템 아웃소싱을 이미 수행했거나 혹은 염두에 두고 있는 기업에 그들이 어떻게 대처 해야 하는지 제안하고자 한다.;Due to the rapid development of Information system, the information system outsourcing has been steadily increased and recognized that is an importance of enterprise' s strategic issue in management. The most important consideration when enterprises think about outsourcing is the benefits that the enterprises could obtain. Outsourcing enterprises benefit from cost savings, strategic fitness, improved management effectiveness, technology upgrade, and the service quality of Information System. As Korean Information system outsourcing market is shift to not only from captive market to non-captive market but also from large sized enterprise to medium-sized enterprises. Especially, medium-sized enterprises, the lack of human resources force firms to out source more of their IT function. It is necessary to get services form outside for their commodity Information System. There are many articles in the thesis which address Large-sized enterprise especially public sector and large enterprise's subsidiary company but lack of medium-sized enterprises. This study focused medium-sized enterprise. First, examines previous information system outsourcing success factors and success. Second, survey relations with information system outsourcing success factors and success. Third, include a medium-sized enterprise' s characteristic which how can interaction with information system outsourcing success factors and success. Consequently, how previous study can fitting medium-sized enterprise case and suggest, which already implementation information system outsourcing enterprise or think about information system outsourcing enterprise, how they should do.
