학교적응향상 프로그램이 주의력 결핍·과잉행동 경향의 아동에 미치는 효과

Abstract

이 연구는 이귀숙(2000)이 개발한 ADHD아동을 위한 학교적응 향상 프로그램을 이용하여 ADHD아동의 학교생활을 돕고, 그 프로그램의 효과를 검증하는데 목적이 있다. 이 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위한 연구문제는 다음과 같다.ADHD아동의 학교 적응 향상프로그램은 아동들의 학교생활 적응에 효과가 있는가? 위의 연구문제의 답을 얻기 위해 다음과 같은 가설을 설정 하였다. 학교적응향상 프로그램은 (ㄱ) 교사의 보고, (ㄴ) 아동자신의 보고로 측정한 친사회적 태도 및 학업태도 증진에 효과가 있을 것이다. 연구대상은 서울시 소재 K초등학교 3, 4학년 아동 12명이었다. 연구도구로 ADHD 아동의 진단을 위해 단축형 Conners 평가척도를 사용하였다. 프로그램의 효과를 검증하기 위해 이귀숙(2000)이 ADHD 아동의 학교에서의 행동특징들 중 공통적으로 나타나는 문항을 표집하여 개발한 학교적응 질문지를 사용하였다. 연구절차는 3, 4학년 아동들을 대상으로 ADHD아동진단을 위해 교사들과 아동의 부모들을 위한 단축형 Conners 평가척도를 그들의 담임교사들에게 사용하여 프로그램 수행에 동의하고 진단분할 점수에 해당되는 아동 14명을 선발하였다. 이들 아동 14명과 아동들의 담임교사들에게 학교 적응에 관한 사전검사를 실시하고, 실험집단 아동 14명에게 주 2회, 1회 50분씩 13회에 걸친 프로그램을 실시한 후 사전검사와 동일한 질문지를 이용하여 사후검사를 실시하였다. 자료 분석은 SPSS Win 10.0 Package를 사용하여 유의수준 .05를 기준으로 두 종속표본 t검정을 실시하고, 담임교사의 총11회에 걸친 관찰 평가지를 바탕으로 효과를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 담임교사보고에 의한 ADHD 아동의 학습태도 및 친사회적태도는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다(p< .05). 둘째, 아동자신의 보고에 의한 ADHD 아동의 학습태도 및 친사회적태도는 통계적으로 유의미한 차이가 있었다(P< .05) 셋째, 담임교사들의 관찰평가를 그래프를 그려 알아본 결과 ADHD 아동들의 학습태도와 교우관계가 점차 증가하였다. 위의 결과로 볼 때 학교적응향상 프로그램이 ADHD 경향이 있는 아동들에 있어 학업태도 및 친사회적 태도면에서의 학교 적응을 향상시키는데 효과가 있음을 알 수 있다.;The propose of the study is to investigate the effects of school adaptation process programs by Lee Gyeu-Suk on pro-social attitude and school work of ADHD children. The samples, which constitute 9 children in 3rd grade, 3 children in 4th grade Elementary school, have been selected amongst male children who wasn't in special classes for the education of physically or mentally handicapped children and hadn't been clinical remedy of ADHD. For selection above samples, was used CRS programs which was adapted by Oh Kyoung-Ja & Lee Hye-Ryen of Conners Standard(1970). The dffects of programs was observed by divided reports of (A)children (B)teacher and for this statistics, used written inquiry about school adaptation of ADHD children which developed by Lee Gyen-Suk(2000). The processing of this programs is bellows; The preliminary inspection put into effect to the samples and their teachers before 1week through school adaptation written inquiry on ADHD children which for children and teacher of Lee Gyeu-Suk(2000). This program was practiced with 14 members of test group for 50 min. per each test, two times of week for total of 13 times in time period of May. 29. 2002 through July. 13. 2002. During this period, ask evaluation to their teachers by written observe through 11 times. After lweek in the end of this programs, post inspection put into effect as same way of preliminarys. The result of the study is as follows: First, according to teacher and children, program of school adaptation leaves affirmative change on behavior of ADHD childrens good work in school. especially on their pro-social attitude and school work. Second, it showing gradual progress on observation of three teachers in charge. As can be seen above studies, school adaptation program is very effective on pro-social attitude.
