일상의 기억을 매질로 하는 시각표현연구

Abstract

이 논문은 작품의 의미를 전달하기 위한 목적이라기 보다는 작업의 과정에 대한 이야기라고 할수 있다. 이 논문속의 작품은 도시와 사람이라는 이미지를 만드는 작업과정을 담은 것이다. 그 이유는 어떤 상황을 만들어 맞추는 디자인이라기 보다는 이미지를 만들어 작업을 전개해 보고자 하는 것이 논문의 방향이기 때문이다. 작업을 한다는 것은 감상자를 떠나 대상과 작가와의 바라보기가 시작됨을 의미한다. 많은 감상자들이 작품을 통해 어떤 의미를 확인하길 원한다. 작가 스스로도 당위성을 갖추어야 작업을 할 수 있다는 생각으로 작품의 당위성을 언급하지만 '이것이 옳다'라고 정해진 정의는 없었다. 하지만 작가가 작업을 하면서 느낄 수 있는 것은 작품과의 일체성이다. 감상자에게 전달되기 이전에 작업을 위해 시도했던 과정들을 보임으로써 작업속에서 느꼈던 사적인 반성과 실천 방법을 나타내어 보기로 하는 것은 또 다른 의미가 될 수 있을 것이다. 첫째. 연구의 내용으로 먼저 소통에 관한 구조를 통하여 미와 예술에 관한 개념을 알아본다. 그림을 그린다는 것은 다른 사람에게 어떤 기호, 즉 작품을 전달하는 것과 같다. 커뮤니케이션의 기본 요소는 전달자와 받는사람 그리고 메시지에 있다. 이것은 예술가와 감상자 그리고 작품과의 관계로 연관시켜볼수 있다. 그 속에서 이루어지는 느낌과 바라보기 표현의 과정을 기억과 이미지의 관계에서 의미를 찾아 보았다. 두 번째로, 작품을 내면화하는 과정으로 접근 방법을 알아본다. 보고싶어 하는 것을 선택하는 것은 작업의 첫 단계이자 바라보는 사람의 한 행위이다. 자신이 좋아하는 이미지를 선택하고 이미지의 반응에 관한 이야기를 다뤄 보았다. 도시라는 장소와 사람에 대한 것으로 일상적으로 흔히 접할수 있는 이미지들을 모으고 그것들을 변형하여 표현해보았다. 현존재의 의미와 가치를 안다는 것은 과정속의 자기를 확인하는데서 비롯되는 것이라 할 수 있다. 이 작업의 방향이 작가의 완전한 작업의 결말이 되지는 않으리라고 생각하며 앞으로 나아갈 수 있는 또 다른 개인의 작품과정이 될 수 있을 것이다.;It is very difficult to display the artist's inner intention or meanning to the viewers. But if we would show the viewers the artist's working processing his intention, they would easily near to his works. In order to succeed this methords, I think, I could take the ordinary city life and citizens' mode. So this thesis is the story of processing not of meaning. It is contained plainly and graphically image of city and people So the thesis direction is more imaginative working than productive designing. This is a study of an artist's personal processing. A viewer wants to know the meaning in the work. It's very difficult the artist to know how the viewer understands the meaning of his works. But the artist would suggest his works process definitely to the viewer the artist's inner meaning could easily reached to the viewer. The viewers can feel that the artist's work can be theirs own. In studying art and beauty, also communication has been essential understanding between artists and viewers. Communication has been always essenetial. In studying artist's method, there we also esseintial processing work. The artist can select first what they see and making images and communications. Among many images, 1 select my works inner images city life and people's mode. I followed 'gestalt' priciple. Arts last and no ends. So such thesis, many say that as mine will progress and process incessantly to the viewers better understanding.
