TV 미술교육 프로그램 현황 조사 연구

Abstract

TV broadcast has been used for the networks of intelligence and the emotional contents by means of the combination of sounds and images for centuries. These kinds of educational roles and functions caused by TV have also influenced on the modern societies in which we have lived as well as on the modern art world. The department of Fine Art also accentuates the special educational programs related to the widespread use of TV in order to help various artistic experiences for the general public including the students who are majoring in the Art. The Fine Art programs can give the general public many pieces of information variously as well as the development of our intelligence and artistic talents. Besides, these programs never fail to help the general public develop their diverse imagination rising above time and space and encourage them to stimulate their potential abilities. But the current art programs which are on the screen have many negative problem because of the limited contents and the narrow-minded productions which require the supplementation of the programs themselves. This research inspects the contents, the ratio of the formation, the composition, the themes, the materials and procedures in the TV Fine Art Education for the sake of expanding many positive aspects of these Art programs. For the benefit of giving a supplementary explanation, this research focuses on the effects and problems in the TV Fine Art Education, analysis the present state of the Fine Art programs drawing the conclusion which can be promoted. Most of all, this research is made to emphasize on the traditional themes on behalf of the foreign programs only to make much of Korean Tradition in Art as well as to inform this of the people in the world. Second, the subject of the TV Fine Art programs have to widen the youth(students) and the adults and the old person. In addition to, the various TV programs, as the lifelong education and the use of leisure, have to be developed for all of them. Third, the new data and innovative materials are indispensable to the Fine Art programs. The materials of concerning region character and the utilization of waste materials can cause the interest of people. Fourth, in the contents, the general public have to participate in the conner of Fine Art programs more frequently. Therefore, they have plenty of confidence about in understanding Fine Art Education. Fifth, this research concentrates on the activation of the ratio of the proficient Art programs. Sixth, in the contents, TV Fine Art Education programs need the creative, systematic and scientific method. Many Art experts have to participate in production. In addition to the innovative scientific photographing methods are needed to make the public experience more profound world of the Fine Art than ever. So, those are developed for all-round education lastingly. If these affirmative aspects of the promotion and innovation in this Fine Art programs are continuously repeated and effectively emphasized, lots of negative points of view about the Art programs will be sure to disappear and this new method approaching to the Fine Art will come to the golden age in the artistic world. Thank you for your consideration in this matter.;TV방송은 전파를 통하여 지적 정보와 정서적인 내용을 소리와 영상의 형성으로 널리 전달하는 것이다. 이런 TV의 교육적 역할과 기능은 사회에 막강한 영향력을 줄 뿐만 아니라 보다 큰 관심이 모아지고 있다. 미술교육에서도 이에 맞추어 시청각 교육매체인 TV를 활용한 미술교육프로그램을 통하여 미술 교육의 효과를 높이고 있다. TV 미술교육 프로그램은 학습내용과 관련된 정보를 제공할 수 있으며 미적인 이미지 형성을 발전적으로 돕게 되어 보다 다양한 표현활동을 할 수 있게 한다. 또한, 시간과 공간을 초월하여 다양한 경험을 갖도록 하며, 상상력을 자극하여 잠재능력을 이끌어 낸다. 그러나, 방송되고 있는 TV 미술 교육 프로그램들은 내용과 제작에서 한계점과 문제점으로 새로운 연구와 개발이 요구되고 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 TV 미술 교육 프로그램들의 내용, 편성비율, 구성형식, 소재, 재료, 진행을 조사하며 TV를 통한 미술 교육프로그램의 효과와 TV가 미술 교육에 한 교육매체로서의 기능을 최대한 발휘할 수 있도록 TV 미술 프로그램 개발을 위한 보완점을 모색하고자 이러한 주제를 설정하였다. 이를 위해 TV 매체를 통한 미술교육의 효과와 문제점을 알아보고, TV 미술 교육 프로그램의 현황을 조사하여 분석하였으며, 분석 결과에 의하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻을 수 있었다. 첫째, TV 미술 프로그램에서 한국미술에 대한 소재를 더욱 강화했으면 한다. 서양문화에 흡수가 빠른 현대 문명에서 우리 것에 대한 미의식을 심어주는 계기를 마련함으로서 이해와 관심을 모을 수 있다. 둘째, TV미술 프로그램의 대상을 넓혀 청소년, 성인, 노인들을 위한 프로그램을 개발하여야 한다. 일반 성인들의 평생교육과 여가생활로서 동기유발을 할 수 있는 프로그램을 개발해야한다. 셋째, TV 미술 프로그램에서 다루는 다양한 재료 활용이 요구된다. 지역성을 고려한 재료나 폐품활용을 통해 흥미를 유발한다. 넷째, 내용면에서 일반인들이 참여하는 코너를 좀더 늘려야 한다. 일반인들 즉 미적활동과 미적판단의 참여를 통해 미술의 이해와 자신감을 갖게 한다. 다섯째, TV 미술 교육 프로그램의 편성비율을 높여 활성화를 유도한다. 여섯째, 내용면에서 좀더 독창적인 미술 교육 방법이 요구된다. 보다 많은 미술전문가들이 참여하여 생활문화로서 전인적인 인간형성을 의한 미술교육이 될 수 있도록 조사와 연구를 통한 개발이 요구되며, 촬영기술과 영상개발 역시 혁신적이며 흥미로운 TV미술교육 프로그램 개발에 중요하다. 이러한 프로그램의 내용과 제작에 대한 개발과 연구가 지속적으로 이어진다면 TV 미술 프로그램의 한계점과 문제점을 최대한 극복하여 미술 교육에 있어 큰 효과를 주는 하나의 교육 매체로서 자리잡을 수 있을 것이다.
