집합주거환경에 있어서 공유영역의 이해와 디자인에 관한 연구

Abstract

The purpose of collective dwelling is to have cooperative consciousness between residents through pursuit of individual interest and joint ownership of various activity space in community. Increase of collective dwelling by the economic development and industrialization have contributed to solve the quantitative problems of housing, but have made emotional and social problem, such as a alienation of human beings and lack of cooperative consciousness. Furthermore, improvement of income and standard of living, decrease of working hour and increase of spare time change the view of value and life style. Today, people demand qualitative improvement of housing and we take into much consideration of social psychological reactions of residents. In the forth corning 21st centry, the demand for a buffer space in collective dwelling environment is increased to solve prevailing problem of morden society and improve the quality of resident's life. In this study, I recognize that common territory is buffer space in collective dwelling environment and design community facilities in complex as an example. The community urban collective dwelling environment through supporting communications between residents and providing opportunity of leisure activities The procedure of this study was as following, 1. Describe purpose, range and method of this study. 2. Survey the common territory. - Study the concept of territory and territoriality, function and characteristics of territoriality, classification of territory - Classify the collective dwelling environment as private territory, common territory, public territory and study the concept and type of each territory 3. Survey the community facilities as a example of common territory. - study general concept of community and characteristic of modem community - study the community facilities as a example of welfare facilities in collective dwelling complex 4. Select the object site and establish basic planning for design through the anaysis of user's behavior. 5. Present design model based on basic planning for design. Design procedures are follows. - Extraction of design concept - Collection of conceptual image - Basic planning of space formation - Study of modeling shape (present 2 alternative) - Design and visualization of final plan - Review of final plan Through above research procedures, I recognize that the common territory in collective dwelling environment provides, residents with psychological, emotional and social satisfaction, and it is one of the essential consideration to create fresh living environment. In the result of this study, I conclude that common territory in collective dwelling environment provides residents with experience of cooperative living culture. and opportunity of friendship with neighborhood, and contribute to the improvement of quality of life.;집합주거의 궁극적인 목적은 공동생활과 다양한 활동공간의 공유를 통하여 개개인의 이익추구와 주민 상호간의 공동체 의식을 갖고자 하는 데에 있다. 오늘날 현대도시의 집합주거는 급속한 경제발전과 산업화를 통하여 대량으로 공급되었으나, 양적인 공급에만 치우친 결과 인간의 소외현상, 공동체 의식의 결여 등과 같은 정서적, 사회적 문제를 야기시켰다. 또한 최근의 소득 및 생활수준의 향상과 노동시간의 감소, 그리고 이에따른 여가시간의 증대는 사람들의 가치관과 라이프스타일의 변화를 가져왔으며, 이러한 변화로 인하여 사람들은 점차로 보다 쾌적하면서 자신들의 삶의 질적 향상을 지원해 줄 수 있는 주거환경을 요구하게 되었다. 따라서 21세기를 바로 앞둔 현시점에서, 집합주거환경에서 새로운 공동체적인 삶을 확산시킬수 있고 주민들의 삶의 질적 향상을 도모하여 현대사회에 만연되어 있는 문제해결을 위한 완충적인 공간의 필요성이 점차로 높아지고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구자는 이러한 완충적인 공간을 집합주거 환경에서의 공유영역이라고 안식하고, 그 구체적인 예로써 단지내의 커뮤니티시설의 디자인을 제시해 보았다. 이러한 커뮤니티시설은 거주자들이 쉽게 접근하여 이용할 수 있는 이웃과의 커뮤니케이션 장소로 취미·문화 및 여가활동을 지원하여 삶의 질적 향상을 꾀할 수 있는 공간이다. 따라서 커뮤니티시설은 인간중심의 환경을 구축하여 보다 새롭고 쾌적한 도시집합주거환경을 창출하는 촉매적 역할을 한다는 측면에서 그 의의를 찾아 볼 수 있다. 본 연구는 이러한 이해를 바탕으로 미래 집합주거환경의 발전적 모형사례를 제시하는 디자인 방법의 연구로서 다음과 같은 방법과 과정으로 연구를 진행하였다. 1. 연구의 목적과 범위, 그리고 방법에 대해서 기술하였다. 2. 공유영역에 대한 이론적 고찰로 문헌을 통하여 고찰해 보았다. - 영역성과 영역성의 개념, 영역성의 기능과 특성, 영역의 분류에 대하여 살펴보았다. - 집합주거환경을 세가지 영역 -사적영역, 공유영역, 공공영역- 으로 분류하고 본 연구의 주제인 공유영역에 대하여 좀더 자세히 고찰해 보았다. 3. 공유영역의 구체적인 사례로써 커뮤니티시설에 대하여 문헌고찰 및 사례분석을 하였다. - 커뮤니티의 일반적인 개념과 현대에 있어서 커뮤니티 개념에 대하여 알아보았다. - 본 연구의 디자인 대상인 집합주거단지내의 주민복리시설로서의 커뮤니티시설에 대하여 알아보고 국내외사례를 제시해 보았다. 4. 디자인단계에 앞서 대상지 선정에 따른 현황분석을 하고, 커뮤니티시설의 배치계획을 세우며, 이용자의 행태분석을 통하여 디자인을 위한 기본계획을 수립하였다. 5. 디자인을 위한 기본계획을 바탕으로 본 연구의 디자인 모형사례를 제시하였다. 디자인의 과정은 다음과 같다. ·디자인 개념도출 ·이미지 수집 ·패턴언어 도출 ·공간구성의 기본계획 ·조형적 형태연구 (2개의 대안제시) ·최종안의 결정과 시각화 ·최종안의 종합 및 검토 이상의 연구과장을 통하여 본 연구에서는 집합주거에서 발달된 공유영역으로서의 커뮤니티시설의 확보가 거주자들에게 심리적, 정서적, 사회적 만족감을 줄 수 있는 환경을 제공함으로써 미래에 보다 쾌적한 주거환경을 창출하는데 필수적인 고려사항으로 그 역할의 중요성을 인식할 수 있었다. 따라서 집합주거에서의 공유영역 -단지내 커뮤니티 시설- 이 거주자들의 삶을 질적으로 향상시키고, 지역공동체 의식을 활성화시키는 구심점이 된다는 데에 본 연구의 가치와 의의를 찾아볼 수 있다.
