오피스텔의 주방 가구에 대한 연구

Abstract

현대 사회의 특징은 여러 분야에서 다양화, 전문화, 거대화, 고밀도화, 복합화 현상이 일어나는 것을 꼽을 수 있는데, 이들은 동시적으로 진행되면서 서로 보완적이고 복합적인 양상을 띄고 있다. 특히 건축 분야에서는 이러한 현상들이 심화되는 양상도 보이고 있어서 복잡하고 다변화된 현대 사회의 특성을 보여주는 한 단면이라 하겠다. 변화되어 가고 있는 우리의 환경 속에서 우리가 살고 있는 주거 환경도 급속한 속도로 변화되어 가고 있으며 더욱이 우리 나라에서도 1980년대 말부터 주택 건설 사업에 붐을 일으키기 시작하면서 체계화 되어가는 주거 환경문화를 맞게 되었다. 1990년대에 와서는 경제 성장의 완숙과 더불어서 오피스텔 거주자가 증가하고, 주거 환경도 과거의 소유 만족 개념에서 차별화된 만족으로 그 욕구가 다변화되어 가고 있는 실정이다. 오피스텔에 있어 가사 공간은 더 이상 남여의 구분이 필요하지 않은 공간으로 자리잡았다. 한정된 공간에서 주방의 기능은 점차적으로 축소됨과 아울러 그 공간은 좁아지고 있는 현실이며 신세대적 감각에 맞는 구성으로 변해 가야할 것이다. 이런 시각에서 볼 때 우리는 한정된 공간 내에서 가사공간의 효율적 분배를 다시 생각해 보지 않을 수 없으며, 특히 주방에서의 시간 활용에 관심을 가져야 한다. 따라서 20평 내외의 오피스텔 내에서 공간 구성에 대한 분석과 더불어 시간 활용과 좁은 공간 안에서의 여러 가지 기능들을 충족시킨 주방 가구의 디자인 연구 방법을 아래와 같이 진행시켰다. 첫째, 서론에서 연구의 목적 및 방법을 개괄적으로 고찰하고, 둘째, 오피스텔의 일반적 고찰을 통하여 개념과 일반적 특성, 주방 가구에 대한 문제점을 파악하였다. 셋째, 주방 가구의 개념과 유래를 알아보고 넷째, 구성 요소로서의 사용자 환경과 성향 분석, 주방 내에 필요한 최소한의 시간 분석을 하고 한국인의 식생활 관습 및 그 특성, 가구 배치에 따른 주방의 분류를 검토 하였다. 조사 결과에 대한 분석 방법은 문헌 조사와 사례 조사를 토대로 사용자는 신세대를 대상으로 한정 하였다. 결론적으로 오피스텔 주방 가구의 계획을 구성하여 대상 설정에 따른 기본안을 제시하였으며 앞으로도 이러한 오피스텔이라는 업무 공간 내에서의 주방 가구에 대한 구역을 효율적으로 설정하여 동선과 공간 활용이 체계적으로 분석되어야만 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 오피스텔 내에서 시간과 공간 활용을 극대화하기 위한 효과적인 주방 가구의 운영과 디자인을 제안하여 공간 활용 부분에 도입시키고자 하는 개념에서 시도되었다.;The characteristics of modern society are the phenomena of diverse, specialization, hugeness, high density and complex, which are supplementary mutually and mixed, being progressed simultaneously. Especially, the construction field shows that these phenomena are deepening, so it is one face of specifics of modern society complicated and diversified. In 1990's residents to live in Officetel have been increasing with the economic development and their housing concept is under change variously from a possessive desire for a house in the past to the differentiated that for it. Household space in Officetel is no longer the place for only women. Even the limited area, the kitchen function i s gradually reduced and the it's space is actually limited and it's formation is changed fitting to City-living-people's taste. In term of this view, this fashion drives me to think over the space distribution for kitchen furniture in efficient at the limited area and time utility at the area especially. So, this report will say the design work for kitchen furniture to show the analysis of space composition and time efficiency for the space of some 20 P'yong Officetel and that of satisfying many functions in small space as following. First, in short I'll show the purpose and method of the research at the instruction. Second, I made an analysis of concepts and common characteristics as the general analysis for Officetel and general problems about kitchen furniture. Third, I'll illustrate the concept and history of kitchen furniture. Finally, as an element I checked up user's circumstances, character and minimal time to be needed at the kitchen, and I examined korean's dietary custom, character and kitchen classification by the furniture disposition. The analysis way of this research is based on literature and survey and the user limited to City-living people. To the conclusion I composed the design for kitchen furniture do Officetel and presented a basic suggestion by an object. In the future, I think, we have to continue to study moving line and space utility systematically. In the research I would try to say something about the concept for space efficiency with effective management and design of kitchen furniture to maximize the time and space efficiency at Officetel.
