종교적직관에 의한 섬유 꼴라쥬 표현연구

Abstract

미술은 그 시대의 사회와 문화 그리고 개인이 가졌던 정신적 세계관을 조형 양식에 따라 시각화하여 표현한다. 한 시대의 작품은 그 시대상을 표현함은 물론 그 시대가 갖는 시대 정신을 반영하며 특정한 작가의 작품 세계는 그 작가가 사물과 시대를 인지하고 해석한 결과를 보여준다. 근대 이후 자본주의의 발달은 인간을 전통적인 속박으로부터 해방시켰을 뿐 만 아니라 개인적 자유를 크게 증대시켜 자아를 성장시키는데 이바지 하였지만 자유분방한 다원(多元)사회로 개인에게 소외를 안겨주어 인간을 불안으로 가득한 무기력한 존재로 만들었다. 그래서인지 인간은 종교에 관해서라면 비상한 관심을 쏟는다. 우리에게 삶과 종교와의 관계는 분리할 수 없는 상호관계를 보여주었다. 그러나 그것이 어떻게 예술과 관련해 있는지에 대한 관심은 많지 않은 것 같다. 이러한 상황에서 본 연구자는 주관적인 신앙의 체험을 통하여 기독교적인 세계관을 조형적으로 표현하는 것을 본 논문의 연구 주제로 하고 있다. 이것은 보이지 않는 정신적 세계관을 표현함에 있어서 종교적인 직관의 이미지를 통해 비가시적인 세계를 표현하고자 하는 것이다. 만일 한 예술가가 기독교인이라면 그때에는 예술가와 기독교인이라는 두 개념을 분리할 수 없는 것이다. 예술가의 신앙이 전적으로 작품에 집중되고 작품을 지배하기 때문이다. 본 연구에서는 종교적 세계관을 표현하기 위하여 기독교 미술에 기독교 신앙과 현대 예술에 대하여 알아보고 기독교 미술에 대하여 설명을 하여 신앙에 근거하여 종교적 감성을 시각화하는데 있어서 본 연구자는 종교적 바탕에서 기독교 예술을 어떻게 소화할 것인가에 대하여 연구해 보고자 한다. 기독교 정신 세계관을 표현하기 위한 방법적인 연구로는 섬유를 이용한 꼴라쥬 기법으로 표현하려고 한다. 이러한 표현을 위하여 물엿의 방염효과에 대한 실험과 기법 연구에서 나타나는 결과를 작품 제작에 응용함으로써의 염색의 조형성을 극대화시키고자 한다. 1장에서는 연구자의 작업에서 다루어질 주제에 관하여 설명하고 2장에서는 기독교 신앙에 입각한 보이지 않는 영혼의 세계가 기독교 미술로 나타내어지는 결과를 설명하고 3장에서는 현대미술에서의 꼴라쥬의 개념과 역사, 의의를 고찰하고, 현대섬유 예술에 있어서 꼴라쥬의 도입 배경과 그 표현방식에 대하여 서술하고자 한다. 4장에서는 표현 매체로서 방염재료와 기법 등을 분석, 실험을 통하여 방염의 독특한 효과를 연구하고자 하며 5장에서는 실제 작품을 제작하는데 있어서 형성과정과 제작과정을 서술함과 동시에 작품에 대한 분석을 통하여 본 연구자의 섬유조형 작업의 방향성을 제시해 보고자 한다. 결론적으로 본 연구를 통해서 기독교적인 예술적 표현은 그것이 기독교적이면서도 예술적이라는 이중적 부담을 안고 있는데, 학문과 신앙의 일원화를 구축하여 기독교 세계관에 입각한 섬유예술이 실제적으로 활용될 수 있는 가능성과 기독교 문화계 안에서 시각영역의 일원자로서 기독미술에 학문적, 작품적 토대를 마련하는데 그 의의를 두고자 한다.;At express spiritual world view of society, culture and individuals in each time by visualizing them with a modeling mode A work of art not only reflects the spirit of that time, but also its image, and the work world of of certain artist shows the results of perceiving and interpreting objects and the time Since modern ages, the development of capitalism contributed to the growth of self by amplifying individual freedom, as wall a s emancipated human beings from traditional constraints, but also made human beings a spiritless being filled with anxiety by giving them an alienation in liberal and pluralistic society. Therefore human beings pay special attention to religion Our life and religion always conformed to each other. However, there seems to be little interest in their relation to art. In the situation like this, I took the expression of christian world view through subjective religious experience as the subject of this study. This attempts to express an invisible world through the image of religious intuition in expressing invisible spiritual world view. If and artist is a christian, the concepts of an artist and a christian are inseparable. That is because the spirit of an artist is completely focused on his/her work and controls it In this study, I examined christian art, faith and modern art to express religious world view, and tried to study how Christian art can be understood based on religion in visualizing religious sensibility on the basis of faith by explaining christian art. As a methodological study for expressing christianity world view, I intended to express fiber collage maximizing the effect through experimental study by a resist effect of glucose, and skill study. In chapter 1, I briefly mentioned the subject in my work, in chapter 2, described the result of representing religious world based on christianity into christian art, and in chapter 3, examined the concept, history of collage and its meaning in modern art, and described the background of introducing collage in modern fiber art, and its expression ways. In chapter 4, I gave a unique resist effect to coloring by analyzing materials and techniques as an expression medium, and studying them. In chapter 5, I explained and analyzed the creation intention and images of each work to describe the process of forming and producing, and help understand each work. In conclusion, christian art expression in religion and art through this study had double burdens which are both christian and artistic, So I put the meaning of this study on giving academic and work be to Christian art as the part of visible field in christian culture and the possibility of practically using fiber art based on christianity by establishing the unity of learning and religious faith.
