幼兒敎育機關의 實外놀이施設 및 附帶 施設에 관한 調査硏究

Abstract

本 硏究는 都市化되어가는 現代社會에 있어서 幼兒들의 室外놀이에대한 重要性과 價値를 再認識하고, 幼兒들이 接하게 되는 室外놀이 環境과 놀이施設의 問題點들을 現況調査하여 파악하므로써 幼兒들의 놀이 環境에 커다란 영향을 미치는 놀이 施設의 多樣化와 安全한 놀이施設을 構成하는데 도움이 되고자 하는데 目的을 두고 있다. 이러한 目的을 위하여 놀이와 놀이 施設, 附帶施設에 관한 文獻을 考察하였다. 또한, 實態調査를 위하여 實外놀이 施設을 갖춘 忠淸南道의 幼兒敎育機關을 對象으로 機關別 類型에 따른 分類를 통해 41 個所를 任意로 選定하여 觀察·調査의 對象으로 삼았다. 그 結果는 다음과 같다. 1. 놀이공간의 面積은 좁은 곳과 넓은 곳의 差異가 심하였으며 학급수에 따른 法的基準은 23%, 幼兒1人當 面積은 47%가 基準未達이다. 2. 基本바닥施設은 음과 모래가 섞인 바닥이 主種을 이루었고, 바퀴있는 놀이기구를 위한 통로와 잔듸는 未備한 狀態이다. 3. 實外놀이 施設物의 種類로는 단순놀이 施設인 시이소, 그네, 미끄럼, 뺑뺑이가 가장 많았다. 4. 놀이施設의 재료에 있어서도 철재가 모든 놀이기구에 使用되었으며 원색위주의 색과 단조로운 배색이다. 5. 놀이發達에 따른 놀이기구의 크기에 관한 硏究는 다채롭게 이루어져야 한다. 6. 安全狀態에 있어서는 철재 재료에 의한 칠이 벗겨지고 부식되는 등의 短點이 많이 發見되었다. 7. 遊園場의 놀이施設과 敎具를 위한 창고는 극히 드물었으며 배수施設과 動物사육장의 保有度도 낮았다. 그늘진 곳에서의 幼兒休息施設도 많이 要求된다. 以上의 問題들은 幼兒가 유원장에서 재미있고, 活發하게 뛰어 놀며 安全한 놀이環境을 만드는데 重要한 要因들이다. 보다 많은 硏究, 努力, 관심이 集中되어 幼兒의 全人的 發達에 도움을 줄 수 있는 適合한 놀이環境 제공에 깊은 배려가 이루어져야 한다.;This Study has purpose that will help the constitution of play environment by investigating the actual conditions about the playground and the fixed-play facilities inside it or the attached facilities. This study as the object selected at my option 41 of any places in which the district office and the municipal office, Chung Chong Namdo, and surveyed the actual condition directly by using questionnaire made by me. The result of survey was that the area of play-space was discovered small. The differences of areas in every early childhood Institution was revealed severely. The area was applicable per one early childhood needed area security more enough in the playground as compared the area suggested by foreign scholar. The position of playground was good somewhat having south and east direction, but the base floor facility didn't vary. The main materials of floor were soil and sand, and therefore everyone of the early childhood institutions has to plan the various floor material infuture. The types of play facilities outside consisted of the simple play facility primarily, and the steel as a material was used in every facility. In color aspect, the coloration of every institution was similar in centering the original color and the arrangement of color was stripped in most case. The state of security control was not good, and thus we have to compensate improvement for the play instrument of steel. the attached facilities such as store house, passage way, and water service were poor and the degree of holdings in the animal breeding farms was more and less incompleted.
