幼兒期 性發達과 性敎育에 관한 硏究

Abstract

人間의 삶에 있어서 性의 意味는 크다. 더우기 現代社會는 性的刺戟이 많으며 問題도 많이 發生하고 있다. 이러한 現實에서 幼兒의 性發達을 올바르게 이끌어 장차 幸福한 삶을 살게하는 것은 중요한 일이다. 이러한 관점에서 본 硏究는 幼兒期 性發達 狀態와 바람직한 性敎育에 관한 理論的 背景과 實際 指導事態를 통해 우리나라 幼兒期 性敎育 發展을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 硏究가 수행한 방법은 幼兒期 性發達 狀態와 性敎育에 대한 문헌연구와 더불어 實際 指導事態를 알아보기 위한 事例硏究를 하였다. 硏究한 결과 幼兒의 身體的 性發達은 매우 미미한 것으로 出生時와 거의 차이가 없으나 건강한 身體는 幼兒의 계속적인 性發達에 必要不可缺한 조건이 된다. 幼兒의 性心理發達에 관한 세가지 發達理論의 입장은 서로 차이가 있었다. 또한 幼兒의 性心理發達에 영향을 주는 요인은 父母를 비롯한 兄弟姉妹, 또래집단, 대중전달매체, 교사 등으로 이러한 要因들은 幼兒의 性役割 형성에 영향을 주며 性知識을 주시도 한다. 幼兒의 性發達을 바르게 이끌어 장차 幸福한 삶을 살도록 하는 것이 性敎育의 目的이다. 幼兒期 性敎育의 內容은 生物學的인 知識에 관한 것, 日常生活中에 性과 관련된 思考方式 및 態度에 관한 기본적인 수준의 것이 包含된다. 幼兒期 性敎育은 家庭과 幼稚園에서 父母와 敎師에 의해 자연스럽게 이루어져야 한다. 現在 우리나라의 性敎育 狀況은 과거와 달리 적극적 입장을 취하고 있다. 그러나 實際的으로는 父母를 비롯한 成人들의 幼兒期 性敎育에 대한 認識不足과 指導力의 缺如와 더불어 幼兒期 性敎育 敎材 및 資料의 不足으로 소극적으로 實施되고 있는 狀態이다. 이러한 연구결과에 의거하여 본 硏究者는 앞으로 幼兒의 性敎育을 바르게 이끌고 幼兒期 性敎育의 효과를 높이기 위해 다음과 같은 것을 제언하고자 한다. 첫째, 幼稚園 父母敎育 프로그램을 통하여 父母에 대한 性敎育을 하는 것이다. 이것은 부모모임, 敎師와의 개별상담, 책자전달, 필름과 슬라이드 관람 등의 方法을 통해 이루어질 수 있다. 둘째, 敎師의 指導力을 키우기 위해 敎師에 대한 性敎育을 실시하는 것이다. 이것은 現職敎師硏修 프로그램에 性敎育 프로그램 증대, 교원양성학교에서 性敎育 프로그램 의무화, 敎師와 性敎育 전문가와의 정기적인 모임 등을 통해서 이루어질 수 있다. 세째, 사회단체의 性敎育 프로그램 개발 및 강화를 하는 것이다. 네째, 性敎育 전문기관 설립 및 전문가를 양성하는 것이다.;Sex is very important thing in human life. Expecially in modern society where sex problems of younger generation have become a public nuisance mainly due to earlier sex maturity and uncontrolled spread of sexual information through various media. So Sex Education in early childhood stage is gradually considered necessary to help develop all-round personality from earlier stage. The objective of this study is to provide basic ideas to improve the early childhood sex education. The method of this study in document analysis on this subject and case study which was done by way of interview with mothers and teachers of four children. The document analysis as follows. Sexual development in physical aspect is insufficient during early childhood stage. Psychosexual development is formed by reciprocal action of hereditary character and environmental factors. Although there are differences among developmental theories in the process and times of psychosexual development, sexual identity, and sex-role identification. It is also found that children acquire sexual knowledge especially origine of baby, and gential difference. Such sexual development in early childhood stage forms the basis of human sexual development. Therefore sex education on early childhood stage in necessary for children to grow into whole-mined person and to live happily in the future. But the most parents and teachers in our country misguide the children. The reason of this fact is the deficiency of sex knowledge and educational temperament. This fact also found through the case study. According to the results obtained by this study, following conclusive suggestions are made. First, helping parents by way of providing sex education through the parent education program of kindergarten. It may carry out through: a) the parent meetings in the kindergarten. b) the individual counselling by teachers c) information delivery by literature d) inspection of films, and slides Second, improvement of the educational temperament of teachers. It may carry out through: a) set up of a special course on sex education in teacher's training program b) obligate sex education program in teacher's college curricula c) meet the specialist at regular intervals. Third, establishment of sex institution and training specialist. Forth, development or reinforcement of sex education programs of social organization.
