지식관리시스템의 Content와 기술 요소에 관한 연구

Abstract

지식을 기업의 자산으로 인식하게 되면서 지식관리의 구성요소로서 지식관리시스템의 관심이 고조되고 있다. 그러나 지식관리시스템의 지식관리에 있어서 중요성이 커지고 있음에도 불구하고, 국내외의 여러 벤더들로 부터 지식관리시스템에 관한 기술들이 발표될 뿐, 지식관리시스템의 Content와 기술요소를 다룬 예가 거의 없다. 최근 지식관리시스템의 사례들로부터 지식관리시스템의 Content들이 나타나면서 지식 관리시스템에 대한 새로운 연구의 동기를 제공해 주고 있다. 이에, 본 연구는 기존의 지식관리시스템에 대한 연구를 기초로, 기업이 지식관리 시스템을 구축하고자 할 때, 지식관리시스템의 Content에 따른 기술 요소들을 파악하는 것을 목적으로 하였다 데이터베이스관리시스템 소프트웨어를 만들어 판매하고 있으며, 지식을 이용하여 기업활동을 하고 있는 기업을 대상으로 한 사례연구결과, 지식관리시스템의 Content를 구축, 분배하는 방법과 저장되는 Content의 타입에 따라 기술 요소들이 변화함을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 기업이 지식관리시스템의 Content를 선정하고. 기술 요소를 이용하여 구축하기 위해서는 그 Content의 성격을 파악하여 Content 구축과 분배하는 방식 그리고 저장되는 타입을 고려하여야 한다. 본 연구는 이런 연구과정을 바탕으로, 지식관리시스템의 Content를 위한 기술요소를 고려할 때, 지식관리시스템의 Content의 구축과 분배방식, 저장되는 타입이 영향을 미친다는 연구모형을 제안할 수 있다. 연구 모형의 단계는 3가지로 이루어진다. 즉, 첫째, 지식관리시스템의 Content를 결정하는 단계, 둘째, 현재의 가능한 기술 요소를 파악하는 단계, 셋째, 지식관리시스템의 Content의 구축과 분배의 방식, 그리고 저장되는 타입에 따라 기술 요소를 연계하는 단계로 구성된다. 본 연구모형은, 앞으로 기업이 지식관리시스템을 구축할 때, 발생할 수 있는 시행착오를 미연에 방지하고, 보다 효과적으로 지식관리시스템을 구축할 수 있는 방안들이 분석적인 틀 안에서 구조화 될 수 있도록 한다. 일반적으로 기업의 지식관리시스템에 대한 막연한 기대에서 근거한 한계를 극복하고, 시스템에 적용될 수 있는 기술 요소를 연관시킴으로써 지식관리시스템의 체계적인 구축 가능성을 보여 주고 있다. 따라서, 본 연구의 의의는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학문적으로 지식관리시스템의 Content를 발견함으로써 후에 지식관리와 연관된 연구에 도움을 줄 수 있다. 둘째, 실무적으로 장차 지식관리시스템을 구축하고자 하는 기업들이 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서 무엇을 고려해야 하고, 어떤 노력을 경주해야 하는지를 제시하고 있다.;As knowledge is recognized as asset of an enterprise, knowledge management systems are focused as one of components in knowledge management. Although the importance of knowledge management systems in knowledge management is growing, there is no study related with contents and technical factors in knowledge management systems. Technical issues are only published from the vendors. Recently, the contents in Knolwedge Management Systems are collected from some cases of Knolwedge Management Systems and provide new motive to do the study about Knolwedge Management Systems. The purpose of this thesis is to find technical factors according to the contents in Knolwedge Management Systems when companies need to construct Knolwedge Management Systems. This study was discussed about contents and technical factors, especially in Informix which is Database company. As a result, the technical factors were changed according to the way of constructing and distributing contents and stored types of contents in Knowledge Management Systems. In other words, when a company chooses contents and constructs the Knowledge Management Systems using technical factors, they have to analyze the charicteristics of the contents and consider the way of constructing and distributing contents and stored types of contents. This Study proposes a model for contents and technical factors in Knowledge Management Systems. It consists of three components:1) the decision stage to choose the contents in Knowledge Management Systems, 2) understanding the cureent possible technical factors, and 3)finding the appropriate technical components according to the way of constructing and distributing contents and stored types of contents. This study is to help the company to avoid classic mistakes in constructing Knowledge Management Systems and to provide a model in which the company can effectively access various the strategies. Also, the study points out that the company's vague expectations and shows a systematic approach in Knowledge Management Systems by applying appropriate technical factors to the contents. This study contributes the following: First, it helps the studies related with Knowledge Management by discovering contents in Knowledge Management Systems. Secondly, it guides companies which need to construct Knowledge Management Systems with technical components and contents.
