유아의 그리기 및 찰흙활동에 관한 일 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 아동의 조형 표현인 그리기 및 찰흙 활동의 인물 표현을 중심으로 표현간의 관계와 각 연령에 따른 조형 표현 특징을 조사해 보고자 하는데 있다. 이러한 목적을 위하여 본 연구에 문제는 다음과 같이 설정한다. 첫째, 그리기 표현 발달 단계와 찰흙 표현 발달 단계는 상관 관계가 있는가? 둘째, 그리기 표현 발달 단계는 찰흙 표현 발달 단계보다 발달 단계가 높은가? 세째, 연령에 따라 그리기 표현 발달 단계와 찰흙 표현 발달 단계는 어떠한가? 네째, 성별에 따라 그리기 표현 발달 단계와 찰흙 표현 발달 단계는 어떠한가? 연구 대상은 만3세부터 6세까지의 남녀 160명으로 하였다. 유아의 성·연령·가정의 사회 경제적 수준을 고려하기 위하여 서울에 위치한 대학의 부속 유치원, 일반유치원, 유아원, 미취원 아동, 인천에 위치한 유아원의 유아들을 대상으로 하였다. 본 연구의 측정 도구로는 김정의 발달 이론과 Golomb의 찰흙 표현 발달 이론을 기준으로 연구자가 작성한 목록으로 분류하여 자료를 측정하였다. 측정된 자료는 그리기 표현 발달 단계와 찰흙 표현 발달 단계의 상관 관계를 알아 보기위해 상관 계수와 그리기 표현 발달 단계와 찰흙 표현 발달 단계를 x^(2)검증 하였다. 표현 발달 단계의 비교와 성·연령과 관계를 알아 보기위해 평균을 내었다. 본 연구의 결과 및 결론은 다음과 같다. 1. 그리기 표현 발달 단계와 찰흙 표현 단계는 높은 정적 상관을 나타내는 것으로, 그리기 표현 발달과 찰흙 표현 발달이 함께 증가하는 것을 알 수 있다. 그리기 표현 단계와 찰흙 표현 단계의 관계에서 신생아기와 난화기 전기의 유아는 탐색기에 해당되고 난화기후기의 유아는 탐색기와 분화기, 전도식기 단계의 유아는 분화기와 완성기에 해당되고 있음을 알 수 있다. 2. 그리기 표현 발달 단계는 찰흙 표현 발달 단계보다 성·연령 모두에서 발달 단계가 높게 나타났다. 3. 표현 발달 단계는 연령과 유의한 차이를 나타냈다. 그리기 발달 단계에서 3세는 난화기 전기에 해당되었으며 4세의 발달 단계는 난화기 후기에 해당되었다. 5·6세의 발달 단계는 전도식기 단계로 나타났다. 이는 김 정이 분류한 연령과 비슷한 분포를 나타내는 것으로 볼 수 있다. 찰흙 표현 발달 단계에서 3·4세는 탐색기에, 5·6세는 분화기에 해당되었다. 즉, 3·4세의 표현 발달 수준은 거의 같았고 5·6세의 수준도 거의 같게 나타나 4세에서 5세사이에 연령의 증가와 함께 표현 수준이 증가하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 4. 그리기 활동에서 남·녀 모두 난화기 후기로 나타났으며 찰흙 활동에서도 남·녀 모두 분화기로 나타나 남·녀간의 차가 없음을 알 수 있다.;This thesis aims to see the inter-relations of painting and claying activities and also to analyze the characteristics of expressions caught on the portraitures by children in different ages. The questions for the study are as follows: 1. Is there any correlation between the developmental stage of painting expression and that of clay expression? 2. Is the developmental stage of painting expression higher than that of claying expression? 3. What is the developmental stage of painting and claying expression by age level? 4. What is the developmental stage of paintings and claying expressions by sex? The subject of the study is one hundred sixty children aged three to six. The investigation has classified the data based on Kim Jung's developmental stage of expression and Golomb's developmental stage of expression with claying. And also the investigator calculated the average for the comparison of each developmental stage and for the knowledge of relation with both ages and sex. The results of the study are as follows: 1. It is found that high static correlation between the developmental stage of painting expression and clay expression. 2. The developmental stage of painting expression process higher level than that of claying expression regardless of ages and sex. 3. The developmental stage of expression has close relation with age. 4. No sexual difference is found in the development stage of expression.
