탁아기관의 시설·설비 현황에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 연구의 목적은 대전시를 중심으로 탁아기관의 시설·설비 현황을 알아보는데 있다. 이와 같은 연구목적에 따른 연구문제는 다음과 같다. 1. 탁아기관의 실내 시설·설비는 어떠한가? 2. 탁아기관의 실외 시설·설비는 어떠한가? 3. 탁아기관의 실내외 시설·설비는 영유아에게 적합한가? 연구의 대상은 대전직할시 위치한 탁아기관 72개소였다. 그 중 20개소를 중심으로 측정·조사 하였고 나머지 52개소는 연구자가 방문하여 면접조사 하였다. 수집된 자료는 빈도와 백분율을 이용하여 통계처리하였다. 연구결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 실내시설·설비 1) 건물은 대부분 주택가나 아파트지역에 위치해 있었다. 실내에는 주방, 화장실, 사무실, 낮잠실, 목욕실, 식당 순으로 보유하고 있었다. 2) 활동실 공간의 유아1인당 평균 면적은 1.3평으로 나타났다. 가. 흥미영역을 설치한 기관은 41.7%였으며 언어영역과 작업영역, 소꼽영역, 수과학영역과 적목영역 조작영역과 목공영역순으로 나타났다. 나. 창문의 재질은 투명한 유리였으며 두쪽면에 위치해 있었다. 환기창을 설치한 곳이 많았다. 다. 조명은 자연광으로 사용하였다. 라. 방음통제 방법은 책상과 의자에 고무패킹을 댄것을 가장 많이 사용하였다. 바. 벽면은 흰색에 벽지를 가장 많이 사용하였다. 사. 활동실내 비치된 개인 사물함의 용도는 신발장과 개인 소지품 보관용 선반을 가장 많이 사용하였다. 차. 교구 정리장은 한쪽면 트인 선반장을 가장 많이 사용하였다. 카. 책상은 반원형 모양의 나무로 된것을 많이 사용하였다. 타. 의자는 1종류만 설치되어 있었고 표면자재는 나무였다. 파. 난방은 중앙집중식 기름보일러를 가장 많이 사용하였다. 하. 안전설비는 화제경보기를 가장 많이 설치하였다. 4) 낮잠실은 두꺼운 담요를 가장 많이 사용하였다. 5) 점심식사 장소는 68.1%가 교실에서 하였다. 6) 화장실은 활동실 이외의 실내에 설치되어 있었고 의자식 대변기를 가장 많이 사용하였다. 세면대는 화장실에 설치된 곳이 많았다. 2. 실외시설·설비 1) 실외 놀이터는 1인당 평균 3.2평으로 나타났다. 2) 기본 바닥시설은 모래밭과 흙바닥였으며 모래밭은 운동장 전체인 곳이 가장 많았다. 3) 놀이시설물 자재는 주로 철재였고 단순놀이시설이 많았다. 그네 좌판재질은 텐트용 천을 가장 많이 사용하였다. 3. 건물 계단의 높이, 활동실 출입문의 손잡이와 창문의 높이 그리고 책상과 의자의 높이, 양변기와 세면대의 높이는 부적합하였다. 또 영아반의 개인 사물함 높이는 영아에게 부적합하였다. 교구정리장 그리고 소변기의 높이, 개인사물함의 높이는 적합하였다.;The purpose of this study is to survey the in-out door facility and equipment of day care center. The study contains three questions: 1. What is the indoor space facility and equipment of day care center? 2. What is the indoor space facility and equipment of day care center? 3. Are the in-out door facility and equipment of day care center appropriate to early childhood? The subjects were all of 72 Day Care Center. The method were abservation and interview the collected were analyzed as to topics and got frequency and percent The result of the study is as follows: 1. Indoor Space Facility and Equipment 1) Most of day care centers are located in near the housing street and Apartment. There are usually Kitchen-room, toilet, office and workroom, sleeping-room and bathing-room for their childhood in the indoor space facility. 2) Activity room have 4.29㎡ as an average per a childhood. a. Interest centers are equip well with the fallowing order : language and Art, house-keeping, math and science, block etc b. Almost windows with glass in the day care centers have been made in only two side of the wall and ventilator is almost prepared. c. Lighting are very sufficient with only day light d. They have equipped bring the peak of chair and desk into contact with gomme for silencer e. The inside wall treated with white walls paper. f. The lockroom for each childhood in activity room contains locker of shoes, lockers of salves. g. They are using one-open-salves as slaves. h. They have equipped the desk in the shape of semicircle which is usually made of wood. i. They have equipped the wood-chair of only a kind of type for their early childhood. j. Most of them are under oil-boiler for central heating k. They have prepared fire alarm. 4) They have been suing very thick blanket during their sleeping time 5) 68.1% of them have not prepared a lunch room separately and are using a classroom for it. 6) The toilet is in the inside of the building except activity room and has almost equipped toilet seats with wash-stand. 2. Outdoor Space Facility and Equipment 1) The play ground in the day care centers have 10.6㎡ as an average per a childhood. 2) The bottom surface of it consist of nearly sand pit and only ground surface. 3) The play-things are mainly made of iron and designed in simple type. The cloth for tent have been used as a seat of swings. 3. The hight of steps, in-out doorknob, window, desk, chair, toilets and wash-pont have not been appropriate to early childhood. Also The hight of locker have not been appropriate to Infant class but salves and man-toilets have been usually appropriate.
