小規模 住居空間의 效率極大化를 爲한 室內 DESIGN에 關한 硏究

Abstract

In all the fields of interior designing, an effort to maximize the space efficiency will be the most basie goal, however, especially as far as the residing (or dwelling) space is concerned, it should be considered as to be more important than any other designing ideas. Seen from the fact that a population increase is now by geometrical progression and enough houses to keep up with this increase in population are not currently available, and also seen from the fact that an economic efficiency of a design is becoming more & more important, it is an absolute proposition to be made. Also as the life of human beings becomes diversified ad housings become set up to be the houses belonging to a society, human beings' desire for housings becomes newer & more diversified. Accordingly in this paper, from the comprehensive & synthetic point of view, measures to effectively use the space were taken into consideration and at the same time, indoor (or interior) living space which can satisfy the new desires of human beings was studied. And by visualizing the model which was embodied through the process of implemental designs, developmental counter measures were presented. Based on the facts mentioned above, contents of the study could be summarized as follow; Ⅰ. Goal of the study & designing method were systematized and objects & physical ranges were limited. Ⅱ. By examining the existing literatures & data related to small sized-houses with a "multidisciplinary approach," basic materials & data for the study were collected, and through a theoretical examination the concept of small sized-houses, housing conditions & current periodic situation were studied & examined. Through a plane-analysis of the existing small sized houses, current situation of interior construction was analyzed, thus the problems related to the subject were found and the current degree of demand was figured out. Ⅲ. For the purpose of specifying an adequate & proper area of the interior space of small sized houses, first of all, a movement dimension (or size) according to the human body's basic dimension & movement was investigated by using the data from the existing studies, and based on these facts, an occupying area per one person was figured out. And next, each room was analyzed according to its own function and a life analysis was implemented according to the size of the family (-members), consequently an appropriate area per-each size of the family was figured out. Ⅳ. As a solution to guarantee a substantial space from which extra space can be obtained so that a small space can be utilized as broad as possible and as a solution in term of a persceptional perspective, Ⅰ tried to figure out a method to guarantee a visual space which can give us mainly a sensible broadness (of the small space). Ⅴ. Based on the issues derived from the current situation-analysis of the existing literatures & data, Ⅰ synthesized & embodied those issues concerned, and accordingly established a conceptual frame work of how to efficiently plan a interior space utilizing plan for small sized houses and Ⅰ also presented a living space-plan to which synthetic maximizing-plan of interior space could be applied. Ⅵ. It is believed that "to efficiently use a space," with an aid of the results derived from the interior space-plan of small sized houses and from that process, can not only be an expansion of a spacity but also it enables us to lead a comfortable & convenient life, and even more it can be a great contribution to solving the problems of maximizing economic efficiency of interior spaces.;모든 室內DESIGN分野에 있어서 공간효율의 극대화를 위한 努力은 가장 基本的인 目標가 될 것이나 특히 주거공간에 있어서는 어떤 DESIGN意思보다도 重要한 문제로 看做되어야 한다. 그것은 幾何級數的인 인구증가와 그에 따르지 못하는 住宅不足, 그리고 보다 重要하여지는 DESIGN의 經濟性問題에 비추어 볼 때 絶對의 命題이기도 하다. 또한 人間의 生活이 분화되고 住居가 社會속의 주거로서 차츰 정착함에따라 人間의 住居에 대한 欲求는 더욱 새로운 욕구를 불러 일으키고 있다. 따라서 本 論文에서는 包括的이고 綜合的인 觀點에서 공간을 효율적으로 活用할 수 있는 方案을 모색하는 同時에 인간의 새로운 욕구를 充足시킬 수 있는 室內生活空間을 연구하였으며 그 실천적 DESIGN의 課程을 통하여 구체화된 모델을 視覺化시킴으로서 발전적 대안을 提示하였다. 이에 의거한 연구內容을 요약하면 다음과 같다. Ⅰ. 연구의 目的과 DESIGN方法을 체계화하고 對象과 物理的 範圍를 한정하였다. Ⅱ. 소규모 주거공간에 관련되는 기존의 문헌과 자료를 學祭的 접근(Multi disciplinary approach) 방식을 통하여 고찰함으로서 本 硏究를 위한 基本資料를 수집하고 理論的 考察에 의하여 소규모 주택의 槪念과 주택사정 및 주거현황을 검토하였다. 기존 소규모 주택의 평면 分析을 통하여 室內構成의 현황을 분석함으로서 問題點을 발견하고 現在의 요구도를 파악 하였다. 소규모 住居空間의 적정한 面積을 규정짓기 위해 먼저 人體의 基本的인 치수와 행위에 따른 동작치수를 旣存 연구의 資料를 통해 조사하고 이를 바탕으로 1인당 점유면적을 파악하였다. 다음으로 機能別 各 室의 分析과 가족規模別 生活分析을 하였으며 가족規模別 소요 면적의 適正面積 을 整理하였다. Ⅲ. 좁은 空間을 가급적 넓게 쓰기 위하여 餘分의 공간을 얻을 수 있는 實質的인 공간확보의 方案과 공간의 知覺的 側面에서의 해결로서 主로 感覺的으로 넓게 느낄 수 있는 視覺的 공간확보의 방안을 考察하였다. Ⅳ. 조사된 旣存의 문헌 및 資料와 現況分析 結果 도출된 문제점을 기초로 하여 종합, 구체화시킴으로서 소규모 住居空間의 효율극대화를 위한 室內空間計劃의 개념적 틀을 정립하고 실내공간의 綜合的 극대화 방안을 適用한 주거공간계획을 提示하였다. V. 소규모 住居空間의 效率極大化를 위한 室內空間 計劃 및 그 課程을 통해 얻은 결론으로 공간을 효율적으로 使用하는 것은 空間性의 擴張뿐 아니라 安樂하고 便利한 생활을 할 수 있게 하며 室內의 경제성 극대화라는 解決에 寄與할 수 있다고 思慮된다.
