미국 BSCS청판(제6판)과 한국 현행 고등학교 생물교과서와의 주제 및 수준의 비교연구

Abstract

우리나라 생물교육과정의 검토와 개선을 위한 한 방법으로 미국의 BSCS 청판 제 6 판을 중심으로 그 내용을 구판(1∼5판)과 조사, 비교하였으며, 한국고등학교 생물교과서와 상호비교한 결과는 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 1. 청판 제6판의 주제는 유전적 연속성, 조절과 항상성, 구조와 기능, 수준은 조직·기관, 분자, 개체의 순으로 강조하여 분자생물학적 특성이 강하다. 2. 청판 제 6 판과 구판(1∼5판)을 비교하여 보면 주제면에서 모두 유전적 연속성이 강조되었으나, 구판(1∼5판)에서는 많이 다루었던 진화를 6판에서는 비교적 적게 다루었고 개체와 분자의 수준을 높게 다루었다. 3. 국내 생물교과서의 주제는 유전적 연속성, 수준은 개체를 강조하고 있고 분자 수준을 강화하였으며, 유전적인 면을 많이 강조하였다. 4. BSCS 청판과 국내교과서를 비교하여 보면 모두 주제는 유전적 연속성, 수준은 개체와 분자를 강조하여 분자생물학의 내용을 많이 다루었다.;In order to get an appropriate biology curriculum for Korean high school biology education, the recent edition of the American BSCS biology textbook (the 6th edition of Blue version) and of the Korean high school biology textbooks (ten biology Ⅰ and Ⅱ) were analyzed and compared each other. And also, an analytical study on the 6th edition of Blue version of the BSCS textbook was done and the comparisons of. the 6th edition with 1st∼5th editions were carried out. Finally, the comparison of Blue version with Korean h i g h School biology textbook was undertaken. The following Results are obtained: 1. In the 6th edition of Blue version, the themes are stressed on mainly 'genetic continuity' , 'regulation and homeos tasis' , and 'structure and function' and the levels. 'tissue and organ' , 'molecules' and 'individual' especi- ally stressing molecular biological aspect. 2. Comparing the latest (6th) to the old (lst-5th) edition, in the 3rd edition 'structure and function' is reinforced in the themes and in the 4th, 5th and 6th edition especially emphasize 'genetic continuity' in the level. And also, in the 3rd edition, community is reinforced in the levels and in the 4th, 5th and 6th edition especially emphasize 'tissue and organ' and 'individual. 3. The Korean high school biology textbooks concentrate on 'gen-tic continuity' in the themes and 'individual' in the levels and the considerable stress in paid on the level in the new edition, especially stressing genetic aspect. 4. comparing the Blue version to the Korean high school biology textbooks, the both emphasize 'genetic continuity' in the theme and 'individual' and 'molecular' in the levels. Especially stressing genetic and molecular biology aspect.
