치과의료 환경의 문제점과 그 개선을 위한 디자인 사례 연구

Abstract

Medical science of today has been changed to cast off its concep as a simple means of curing a disease and consider enjoying physically, mentally and socially perfect health in the highest leve the basic right of man. From this point of view, the medica environment as a cultural reflection of the times needs voluntary an multilateral efforts to respond actively to the changing values of times and consist an integrated service system. Therefore, at th point of time, I think that new medical environments with peculiar scientific and progressive images cast off the existing conservat passive concepts are acutely demanded. The purpose of this study is to present certain models for a new medical structure which would be efficient and functional as well a corresponding with the essential concepts in our consciousness unde the purport that as medical behaviors deal with the life of human being, environments around them should he focused on humanity. To accomplish this purpose, this study has been progressed as follows: 1. Systematization of the aims of study and designing methods. 2. Establishment of desirable medical environments through investigation of the actual circumstances and behavioral, spat features of medical environments. 3. Systematization of the subjective elements of study throug reference to relevant literature, and examination of the designi process of pattern language network. 4. Establishment of Korean ethnic formations into spatial concepts and presentation of design standards through opening pattern language as a procedural course. 5. Creation of new medical environments through applying actual cases based upon informations presented through the above process of designing. Based upon those procedures, I can recognize that design for medical environment begins to form aesthetical values of its own by uniting academic systems with senses and at the same time grant significant meanings to members of those environments. Therefore, the significance of this study lies in the presenta of directions for improving medical environments in the future.;오늘날의 의학은 질병을 고치는 단순한 수단으로서 개념에서 벗어나 육체적 정신적 사회적으로 완전한 상태의 최고 수준의 건강을 향유하는 것을 인간의 기본적 권리로 해석되고 변모되어 왔다. 이러한 관점에서, 그 시대 문화의 반영체 로서의 의료환경이란, 변화되어 가는 시대적 가치관과 함께 적극적으로 대처할 수 있는 흡인력 있는 서비스 기관으로서의 자발적이고 다각적인 노력이 필수 불가결하게 되었다. 따라서 이제의 보수적이고 수동적인 의료환경의 개념에서 벗어난, 고유의 과학적이고 진취적인 이미지가 부각된 새로운 의료환경이 절실히 요구되어지는 시점이라 본다. 본 연구는 의료행위가 인간의 생명을 다루는 일인만큼 인간 중심적 환경이 되어야 한다는 취지 아래 효율적이고 기능적이면서도 우리의 의식속에 존재하는 고유의 개념에 적합한 새로운 의료를 위한 모형을 제시하는데 그 목적을 두고 다음과 같은 과정으로 진행되었다. 1. 연구의 목적과 디자인 방법을 체계화 하였다. 2. 의료환경의 현황 및 행태적 공간적 고찰을 통하여 바람직한 의료 환경의 개념을 정립하였다. 3. 관련 학문과의 연계를 통해 연구의 주관적 요소를 체계화 하였으며 패턴 언어 체계 (Pattern language & network)에 대한 디자인 과정을 고찰하였다. 4. 우리의 의식의 주체인 한국적 조형을 공간 개념으로 정립하고, 절차론적 과정으로서의 패턴 언어를 개입시킴으로서 본 연구의 디자인 기준을 제시하였다. 5. 디자인 적용 단계에 있어서 이제 까지의 과정에 의해 제시되어진 정부의 조합에 의거한 실제 사례 적용을 통하여 새로운 의료환경을 창조하였다. 본 연구 과정을 토대로 학문적 체계와 의식의 결합체로서의 의료 환경디자인은 고유의 미적 가치를 형성함과 동시에 환경의 구성원 들에게는 강력한 의미를 부여한다고 인식할 수 있었다. 따라서 본 연구는 앞으로의 의료환경 개선을 위한 지표로서 하나의 방향을 제시했다는데 그 의의를 둔다.
