블라인드를 위한 직물Pattern 연구

Abstract

In the accordance with the modern construction in which structure the window is very important, the need of the material of interior decoration is rising, and therefore the blind, a material which has both function of convenience and decoration is wisely used. Among many kinds of blind, the screen type of roller blind is fitting to a study with the pattern of textiles. Most textiles used in the blinds on the market are usually printed on the weave or have variations only in the color, and it is needed to develop a distinctive pattern of weave to cope with consumers' sense which pursue new materials and various changes in matenals. In this study, the practical roller blind was made after the production of samples through weave and lace weave. And the weave for roller blind was produced mainly with lace materials in which the interception and transmission of light and the variation of weave patterns were possible. Used techniques are lace weaves such as Swedish Lace, Bronson Lace and Four-Shaft Huck Lace. Through the variation and application of various threading and treading, a weave-pattern design of modern sense was tried, which outgrows its forme tradition. Vinyl yarn, Slub yarn, tape yarn and processed cotton were used for the property of the function of blind, and decorative materials were tried for the organization of texture and colors which are capable of matching the inside atmosphere are used. If the weave are made and sold independently of the blind, it will enable the change of blind following the changes of seasons and inside atmosphere, and therefore it will also enable production which agree with the sense of new generation. Though blind is being consumed in the various type and materials, the widespread use of its name and ambiguous origin of its introduction made it rather difficult to define its concept. As the weave has more various techinques of expression than any other material, the vigorous production of weave for roller blind is hoped. And it will help to present new possibility in the development of interior materials.;현대 생활에 있어 실내공간을 위한 장식의 중요성은 날로 부각되고 있으며 생활과 공간의 조화를 통해서 현대인은 정서적 안정과 즐거움을 누리기를 원한다. 실내공간에 사용되는 재료는 여러가지가 있으나 그중 실내직물은 공간에 개성을 부여할 수 있는 중요한 매개체가 된다. 직물은 실용적인 면 외에도 표현 능력과 재료선택의 확대로 현대인의 정서에 맞도록 재구성 되어 얼마든지 미적 가치를 창출해 낼 수 있다. 실내공간중 창이 차지하는 비중이 높아지고 있는 현대 건축의 추세에 맞추어 블라인드라는 창 장식재의 필요가 높아지고 있다. 이에 본 논문은 많은 블라인드의 종류 가운데서도 직조패턴을 적용하기에 가장 알맞은 롤러 블라인드를 위한 직물패턴 연구에 중점을 두었다. 공간연출이 편리한 기능성과 장식성을 가진 롤러 블라인드는 빛과 공기를 조절하는 기능적 측면 외에도 실내 장식재로서 실내 분위기를 유도하는 역할을 한다. 따라서 직사광선의 차단과 동시에 부드럽게 빛을 확산시키는 직물과 직사광선과 시선을 차단하고 단열과 보온의 기능을 수행할 수 있는 직물이 필요하며 직물 패턴의 변화에 따라 빛의 투과와 차단이라는, 롤러 블라인드가 갖는 기능적 필요성에 주안점을 두고 직물 제작에 임하였다. 본 연구에 사용된 기법은 평직, Lace직이다. 주로 사용된 Lace직은 전통적으로 사용된 재료나 색상에서 탈피하여 현대적인 감각에 맞는 직물로 변화를 시도하였다. Color의 구성에 있어서는 인테리어용품이라는 특성에 부합되도록, 실내의 다른 구성재들과 코디네이트가 용이하도록 하였다. 기법, Color 소재가 조화된 직물 제작을 통해, 수직물로 된 롤러 블라인드의 장점을 발견하고, 다양한 디자인 및 소재개발을 위한 방향제시로 심미적 요소를 갖춘 고부가가치의 인테리어 용품 개발에 일익을 담당하였으면 한다.
