조직에 의한 Reversible 직물연구

Abstract

인류의 역사와 더불어 시작된 의복활동은 인간의 본질적인 욕구 중의 하나이다. 의복이란 인체를 감싸거나 장식하기 위해 사용했던 것을 가리키며, 이와 같은 관점에서 볼때 인류는 과거에서부터 끊임없이 어떤 형태로든 의복을 착용했다. 그러나 현대에 와서 단순히 착용하기 위한 의미를 초월하여 개성과 독창성을 요구하는 시대로서 새로운 직물연구의 개발이 추진되고 있다. 소비자가 자기표현을 증대하는 선택욕구의 다양화에 따라 개성을 만족시킬 수 있는 다품종 소량 생산의 중요성이 부각되어 부가가치가 높은 직물 생산이 요구되고 있는데, 이러한 측면에서 reversible직물의 생산은 품질 및 기술경쟁부문에서 중저급품에서 벗어나 고부가가치제품으로서 위치를 차지하고 있으며, 양면이 다른소재를 사용함으로써 다품종 소량생산형태를 갖춘 성장 잠재능력이 큰 고품질의 대표적 직물이다. 현대 산업체에서 reversible직물은 기본적으로 인간의 땀을 흡수하기 위해 천연섬유와 합성섬유의 이질소재를 사용하여 스포츠웨어의 생리적 기능을 충족시킴으로써 출발했다. 양면을 독립적으로 입을 수 있는 구조적 특성때문에 현대인의 다양한 코디네이트 욕구를 만족시킬 수 있는 직물로써 고부가가치 상품으로 그 가능성이 크다. 본 논문에서는 reversible직물의 개념에 대한 이론을 바탕으로 제직에 의한 reversible직물과 접합에 의한 reversible직물로 분류하여 의복에 사용된 예를 알아 보고, 샘플작업을 통하여 조직, 색상, 질감변화에 의한 개성있고 수공예적인 의류용reversible직물을 제작하고자 하였다. 재료로는 면과 울을 기본 소재로 하여 알파카, 벨벳, 인견, 마, 아크릴, 모헤아, 메탈이 섞인 울과 실의 굵기, 꼬임의 변화에 따른 소재를 사용하여 텍스츄어 효과를 주고자 하였다.;Clothing activity is stemmed from one of the basic human needs that has aroused since the dawn of human history. Clothing may be defied as something that has been used to cover human body or something that humans have used for decoration. In this respect, it is certain that humans have worn clothes of any fashion from the beginning of human history. In these days, people do not simply think of clothing as something that we just wear everyday, but instead, they regard it as something unique that they attaches personality and instills creativity. Clothing transcends traditional definition thus calling for constant research on new textile. Customers seek different ways of expressing themselves to their satisfaction, so their selection behaviors are also divergent. As a result, it is becoming more important to produce many different kinds of textiles in small quantities that yield high value. Reversible textile where both sides use different material is taking its position as one of the high-value items from the multitude of mid-to-low items in terms of quality and technology. It is a good example of high-value textiles that are likely to come in many different products yet with small quantity. Reversible textile is basically made of combination of natural and synthetic fibers that easily absorb sweats and comes into popularity by satisfying physiological needs of sports wear. Structural characterisitics of reversible textile that both sides can be used separately have proven itself to be one of the most promising textiles which meet the various coordination need of consumers, thus increasing the chance of making it to become high-value commodity. This thesis stars off with discussing the concept of reversible textile and attempts to classify it into two categories by examining real samples of clothing: one is by weaving and the other, by connection. Another attempts have been made to produce samples of hand-made yet very attractive reversible textiles for clothing by manipulating structure, color, and textile per se. Cotton and wool are used for basic material. In addition, alpaca, velvet, rayon, linen, acryl, mohair, and metallic wool have also been utilized together with other material accrued from changing thickness and twisting threads in order to enhance texture effect.
