색변화에 따른 패턴 효과 연구

Abstract

The Fiber industry of our country occupied the position of repressentative export industry of our country in accordance with the abundant labor of low wages and the powerful stategy of export industrialization of government. But since the beginning of today, the given condition of export is getting difficult due to the reinforcement of import control of advanced nations such as America and EC etd. the depening of ewport competition with the deveolping countries such as China and South-Estern Asia etd. and the rapid development of level of fiber technique etd. externally. And, internally, various points at issues such as the rapid wage increase, the phenomenon to shink 3D, the weakness of demestic den and development and the insufficiency of technique development etd. are appearing in addition, according as the infringement lawsuit about the copyright of textile design and about the design is raised in accordance with the opening of circulation market, as kind of problem like the national image damage attendant upon this is being generated, special design development is urgent problem. In this study, this researcher studied the Color-and-weave effect as the subsstil weave effect is the pattern to appear at the time of weaving textile by using the two colors to form the contrast mutually at weft and warp as the pattern to be able to appear in any kind of weaving machine. As for the theoretical background, this researcher performed the study of material effect at the same time, in consideration of the point that much interest is being concentrated on the texture of material according as the textiles of the surgace effect by texture and the textile of effect of handcraft characteristic came to fore since the beginning of the recent time, in addition to the study of pattern of Color-and-weave effect. As the final color effect to appear by combining with the mixing of materials, the texture contrast and the with surface effect is important in the textile design to the extent that the plastic elements of textile are of 3elements of texture, color and form. So as to satisfy the material effect and the demand of coloration, this reseacher tried to display the individual textile design by harmonizing the diverse technique, color and material centering around the pattern of Color-and-weave effect. As for the work manufacture, this reseaeher chose and manufactured the representaive patterns of Color-and-weave effect and classified the samples by the color image. As the result, for more effect pattern manufacture in the Color-and-weave effect, according as the value contrast is big in using the hue, clear visual effect could be seen. Though hue there is differance between hue and chroma, there was the tendency that the pattern doesn't appear well among similar values. And, in the use of material, in case of metal yam, because of the nature to refect the light, the pattern failed to be effective when the value differnce is not certain. After grasping this charicter of Color-and-weave effect, for the creation of individual textile design, it is important to manufacture the pattern by making the systematic plan.;우리나라의 섬유산업은 풍부한 저임금의 노동력과 정부의 강력한 수출 산업화 전략에 따라 우리나라의 대표적인 수출산업의 자리를 차지하게 되었다. 그러나 오늘날에 와서 대외적으로는 미국, EC 등 선진국의 수입규제 강화와 중국, 동남아시아 등 개발도상국과의 수출경쟁 심화 및, 섬유기술 수준의 급속한 발달 등으로 수출여건이 어려워지고 있고 대내적으로는 급격한 임금인상과 3D 기피 현상, 내수개발의 취약, 기술개발의 미흡 등 여러 문제점이 나타나고 있다. 더군다나 유통 시장 개방에 따른 각종 직물디자인 저작권 및 디자인 침해 소송이 제기되면서 이에 따른 국가적 이미지 실추와 같은 각종 문제가 발생하고 있기 때문에 독특한 디자인 개발이 시급한 과제이다. 본 연구에서는 전문성있는 디자인 연구의 필요성에 대한 대안으로서 "Color-and-Weave effect"를 연구하였다. Color-and-Weave effect는 어떤 종류의 직기에서도 표현할 수 있는 패턴으로 경사와 위사에서 서로 대비를 이루는 두색을 사용함으로써 제직시 나타나는 패턴의 시각적 효과이다. 이론적 배경으로는 Color-and-Weave effect패턴을 고찰하였고 근래들어 텍스츄어에 의한 표면 효과 직물이나 수공예적인 효과의 직물이 대두되면서 소재의 질감에 많은 관심이 집중되고 있는 점을 감안하여 소재효과 연구와 병행하였다. 직물의 조형요소가 텍스츄어, 색채, 형태의 3요소로 이루어진 만큼 직물 디자인에서는 소재의 조합, 질감의 대비, 표면효과의 대비와 함께 색채효과가 중요하다. 이에 소재효과와 색채효과의 요구를 충족시켜 주기 위하여 Color-and-Weave effect패턴을 중심으로 다양한 기법과 색채, 소재를 조화시켜 개성있는 직물디자인을 연출하고자 하였다. 작품제작으로는 Color-and-Weave effect의 대표적 패턴들을 골라 제작했으며 샘플들은 질감 효과와 색채 이미지별로 분류하였다. 그 결과 Color-and-Weave effect에서 보다 효과적인 패턴 제작을 위해서는 색상을 사용할 때 명도 대비가 클수록 뚜렷한 시각적 효과를 볼 수 있었다. 색상과 채도에서 차이가 있더라도 비슷한 명도끼리는 패턴이 잘 나타나지 않는 경향이 있었고 소재의 사용에 있어서 금속사의 경우 빛을 반사하는 성질때문에 역시 명도차이가 확실하지 않고서는 패턴이 효과적이지 못하였다. 개성있는 직물디자인의 참조를 위해서는 이러한 Color-and-Weave effect의 성격을 파악한 후 체계적인 계획을 세워 패턴을 제작하는 것이 중요하다.
