꿈 이미지 추상적 표현 연구

Abstract

In Modern art, textile art IS recognized as a traditional Combination of the practicality and the beauty which is artist's over-all purpose and creativity of a craft which is the form of art with the aesthetic style. Also a textile art has been started to be recognized as a component of an art that has an infinite geometrical possibilities, thus it has taken an important role in geometrical art. According to the flow of a plurality of a modern art as the above, I used fabric dyeing, which is a part of the textile art, as a method to express the modeling and through this, I wanted to show the endless creativeness of an artist and my own style that freely expresses the pure formative art. On top of all these, I've also used the artist's feeling, sprit, intention and theology that are in dream which is the motive of an expression, and with all these I've introduced the abstract expressions thru the picturesque screen compositions mainly with the colors and the textures. The basic intention of this study is about method to reflect both of a symbolistic materials and to find out the method to approach to a stage where you can express your inner process to an outer expression. Therefore the material and spirit cannot be isolated and this is a chapter that expresses the harmony and the balance of these two and thus is hoping to be effective in visual wise. The followings are the main ideas resulted from this study. First, Dream has been the Source of ever new creation. Second, the application of new technology, i.e. computer - aided design enables to produce images or patterns not available before. Third, textile design can be benefited by the efforts to bring together the two diverging spheres. So. this researcher is to contribute toward promoting and progressing the development of textile design to be the basis of fashion, by fitting to the life cycle of fashion of international market to be changed very fast momently, with the study of creative design, through the grafting upon art, after getting out of the formalized and universalized design.;예술창작 행위는 사상과 감정 그리고 객관사물에 대한 본질적 인식사이의 부단한 심화과정이다. 창작을 위한 구상은 결코 객관적, 실제적 사물의 표면현상에 머물러 있거나 집착하지 않고 현실 생활에 대한 이해와 표현하고자 하는 사상과 감정에 근거하여. 새로운 개조와 창조를 추진하는 것이며 이러한 구상이 감정인식의 차원으로부터 이성인식에까지 상승할 수 있는 이유는 예술가가 현실생활의 기초위에서 새로이 창조해 낸 예술 형상이기 때문이다. 형상과 사상을 융합하고 결합시키는 것은 예술가들이 지니는 공통적인 특징으로서 예술 형상 자체는 바로 의식형태이며 예술 작품에 용해되어 있는 예술가의 사상과 견해를 발견할 수 있는 것이다. 본 연구자는 구상의 출발점으로서 창작의 충동을 형성하는 실제적 경험을 인간생활과 밀접한 '꿈'에서 특별한 흥미를 느끼고 연구하였으며, 구상의 기본소재로 삼았다. 꿈의 형상과 사유에 의한 상상력이 본 연구자의 창작상의 원형이며 꿈, 무의식, 상상력, 공상 등 변화무쌍한 심상의 세계를 표현의 주제로 삼아 연구자의 정신과 관념의 세계를 추상적 이미지로 전개하였다. 예술가는 마치 꿈꾸어졌을지도 모르는 것처럼 보이는 이미지를 창조할 수 있거나 그의 꿈을 회상하여 정확하게 나타낼 수도 있다. 예술가들이 기교에 의해 꿈을 확실하고 실질적이며, 살아있는 것으로 만듦으로써 예술은 꿈을 가꾸어 모든 인간에게 환상의 의지를 개발해 내고 개개인으로 하여금 사고(思考), 인식의 고정된 형태를 깨게 하며, 새로운 행동방식을 여는데 도움을 준다. 현대의 염색예술은 다양한 재료와 기술의 발전으로 표현 방법의 범위가 확대되었으며 자신의 정신과 관념의 세계를 독창적인 방법으로 형상화하여 새로운 미를 창조한다. 본 연구는 염색을 매체로 한 꿈 이미지의 추상적 표현 방법을 모색하여, 과거 현재는 물론 미래의 보편적인 인간의 경험에 바탕을 둔 꿈 이미지에 의한 디자인 가능성을 제시하는 한편 첨단 산업기술의 적용에 의한 텍스타일 디자인 형성 및 직물 패턴의 질적향상과 실용화를 입증하는데 그 의의가 있다. 본 연구의 내용 및 방법은 염색 기법중 납방염의 다양한 표현 효과를 실험하여 방염의 기본 원리로써 뿐 아니라 주요 표현기법으로 효과를 모색하였으며, 꿈, 상상력 등 무의식의 세계를 미술에 도입한 회화의 특성과 그 표현 방법에 있어서 '즉흥성'과 '우연'의 원리를 중시한 추상 표현 양식의 특성에 대해 예술사 관계문헌과 참고서적을 통해 검토해 보았다. 본 연구의 결과를 종합하여 보면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인간의 체험에서 유래된 정신작용의 소산인 꿈을 소재로 하여 환상적 이미지를 표출해 냄으로써 미적 승화라는 카타르시스적인 의미부여 및 은유, 상징, 연상 등에 의한 추상적 이미지는 보는 시각에 따라 다양한 의미와 해석을 가능하게 한다. 둘째, 컴퓨터 프로그램을 활용하여 디자인을 진행함으로써 과학적인 색채의 적용은 기능과 능률의 향상을 도모하여 침단산업기술을 이용한 독특한 텍스타일 디자인 표현을 시도 한다. 세째, 스크린 프린팅 기법을 통해 실용화하고 더 나아가 의상에 적용을 통하여 현대인의 미의식에 부흥할 수 있는 직물패턴의 질적 향상을 추구한다.
