數學敎育 課程에서의 컴퓨터의 影響

Abstract

교육은 학생들로 하여금 미래 사회에 적응할 수 있는 능력을 길러주는 활동이다. 따라서 사회가 변화됨에 따라 학생들이 배워야 될 학습의 내용, 방법도 변화되어야 한다. 이로 인해 컴퓨터 문맹탈피 교육(Computer Literacy Education)은 세계 주요 선진국에서 학교교육의 주요 영역으로 받아 들여지고 있다. 본 연구는 다음과 같이 내용에 중점을 두었다. 1. 수학교육에서의 컴퓨터의 활용으로 C A I (Computer - Assisted Instruction) , C M I (Computer - Managed Instuction) , Programming 등에 대한 응용측면과 기능측면에 대해서 컴퓨터의 역할을 문헌연구를 통해 제시하였다. 2. 외국과 국내의 수학교육에서의 컴퓨터 활용 현황을 제시하였다. 3. 수학교육 과정에서의 컴퓨터의 영향을 대수및 함수, 기하, 확률및 통계, 미적분등 4영역으로 나누어 각 영역별로 학교 교육의 문제점과 컴퓨터의 기능을 관련시켜 제시하였다. 이상에서의 결과로 컴퓨터가 수학교육에서 내용선정이나 지도방법을 개선하는데 효과적인 도구임을 역설하였다. 컴퓨터는 수학과목에 절대 필요한 도구라고 여겨지므로 수학교육과정에의 도입이 필연적임을 강조함으로써 현재 진행되고있는 제 6 차 교육과정이나 앞으로의 교육과정 개정에 중요한 시사점을 제시하리라고 기대된다.;Education is activities that help students bring up the adjustable abilities to the society in future. As the society changes, therefore, the contents and methods which students should learn have to be changed. So, the developed countries have been going ahead with a Computer Literacy Education as a major aspects of a school education. The purpose of this study is as follows. 1. It is studied what are the roles of computer as the utilities of computer in mathematical education. 2. It is studied how the present situation of using computer within or out of the country. 3. It is studied what are the problems in school education and the function of computer in each part, Algebra, Function, Geometry, Probability, Statistics, and Calculus.
