문학작품에 표현된 이미지의 시각적 형상화에 대한 연구

Abstract

사회 전반에 걸친 새로운 변화에 의해 문학작품에도 그러한 변화의 모습이 보여지고 있다. 그것이 독자들의 요구에 의한 것이든 작가 자신의 의지이든 간에 이러한 작품들은 현대사회의 실상들을 날카롭게 꼬집고 풍자하고 때로는 직설적으로 비판한다. 이러한 경향은 시에서도 어김없이 나타나고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 시집을 대표하는 시집을 선정, 작품에 표현된 이미지를 시각적으로 형상화하는 작업을 시도하였다. 시인 유 하의 '바람부는 날에는 압구정동에 가야 한다'는 정치적 욕망과 물질적 욕망, 성적 욕망이 뒤엉켜 타락한 산업사회의 실상을 그것에 가장 밀접한 리듬과 언어를 통해 적나라하게 보여줌과 동시에 꼬집고 비틀고 희화시켜 날카롭게 풍자한다. 압구정동이라는 한 예를 통해 과거와 현재사이의 의식의 흐름을 따라 삐뚤어진 신세대적 의식과 점점 소비적 말초적이 되어가는 사회의 실상을 표현했다. 한 장의 사진으로 시에서 받은 느낌을 표현한다는 것은 대단한 절제와 압축이 필요한 작업이다. 본 연구에서는 하나의 작품 안에 많은 느낌을 더욱 자연스럽고 사실적으로 표현하기 위해 컴퓨터를 이용한 이미지의 합성을 시도했다. 이런 컴퓨터를 이용한 사진의 합성은 19세기의 조합인화나 다다의 몽타준 기법, 제리 율스만의 다중인하 방식에서 그 유래와 근거를 찾을 수 있다. 먼저 구상하고 그 계획에 의해 촬영하여, 이미지를 합성하는 방식은 위에서 언급한 사진제작방법과 유사하며, 그 방식들의 더욱 발전된 형태라 할 수 있을 것이다. 이렇게 제작한 작품들은 일종의 시화적인 성격을 띤다. 시어와 사진 이미지와의 만남은 독자들에게는 시의 감상과 이해에 도움을 주며, 사진의 표현방식에 있어서도 새로운 시도라 할 수 있다. 과거의 시화가 회화와 시의 만남이었다는것을 기억해보면, 사진과 회화와의 관계에 있어 표현 영역을 넓히는 의미가 될 수도 있을 것이다.;That kinds of change has become showing for the literary works by the new wave of all the sociaty. These woks has been directly criticizing, commenting, sometimes they strictly satirizing to our present life. It doesn't matter teader's demands or willing of author himself. This tendency has shown into poem too. I chose this kind of poem as a subject of '"I got to go Apgoojung-dong at the windy day" by Yoo-ha. The post disclose depraved industrial sociaty which mixed political, material and sexual desire. At the same time he satirizes the industrial sociaty's reality through his language and rhythm. Choosing the "Apgoojung-dong" as an example to express the actual condition of a sacial becoming more materialized through the change of a consciousness between the padt and present. It is very hard to extract a visual image from the poem with only one picture. It has needed lots of self-restraint and condensation. I tried to compose of an image using a computer to express many emotions in a piece of work to make more natural and realistic reflexion. Apgoojung-dong has been a symbol for becoming more materialistic, pleasure-seeking to new ages in our times. It can be find the origin from a combination printing in 19th century, DaDa's Montage method, Multi printing technique, Jerry. n. Uelsmann. First, concreat an image, them take a photo and compose it. This method is very similiar to this above mentioned one. We can even say that it is a one step progressed. These works has sort of a social characters which made like that. It helps for readers to understand impression and meaning of poems with meeting poem and photo. It also can be new trial for express of photograph. When we remind that poem meets photo at past time. It can be extended express area of relation between post and photo.
