基督敎倫理를 通해 본 非行靑少年의 問題點 및 새 方向 摸索에 關한 硏究

Abstract

오늘날 우리 社會는 여러가지 山積한 問題를 안고 있다. 그 中에서도 특히 20세기의 急變하는 社會 속에서 緊張과 危機로 非人間化의 길로 들어서고 있는 非行 靑少年들의 犯行은 우리 社會에 크나큰 衝擊을 안겨주고 있다. 그 深刻性은 最近 統計資料인 「'95年 警察白書」 의 靑 少年犯罪 統計現況을 通해서도 볼 수있다. "지금 우리의 家庭, 學校, 社會에서는 무슨 일이 일어나고 있는가" 심각하게 反省해야 할 時點이다. 非行 靑少年 問題는 警察이나 先導團體등 特定 機關의 힘만으로는 해결할 수 없고 家庭, 學校, 社會가 共同의 責任意識을 가지고 有機的 協助下에 問題를 解決해 나가려는 努力이 중요하다고 하겠다. 더욱 중요한 것은 올바른 人間化 敎育을 통해 基督敎 倫理敎育에 커다란 意義를 부여하여 迷宮에 빠진 靑少年 敎育의 새로운 可能性을 提示하는 것이다. 本 論文은 오늘의 非行 靑少年問題를 基督敎 倫理와 연결하여 問題 解決의 새로운 可能性을 다음과 같이 摸索해 보는데 큰 意義를 갖는다. 첫째, 사랑을 通한 可能性 둘째, 家庭을 通한 人間性 回復 셋째, 올바른 共同體(코이노니아)안에서의 人間의 可能性 월터 뮬더 (Walter G. Muelder), 폴 레만(Paul Lehman)과 같은 학자들은 성숙한 人間完成 摸索을 위해 올바른 共同體안에서의 價値를 부여하려 노력하였다. 필자 역시 이점에 同感하여 올바른 共同體가 共生的 關係로 調和를 이루는 現場속에서 問題의 可能性을 摸索하였다.;The society we live in today has variety of problem. Especially in the 20th century where fast-change and being inhuman are its characteristics, crimes done by teenagers are beyond a shocking matter, The seriousness of teenager crimes are clearly shown on the statistical report of 「'95 Police Roport」 " What is happening around us - at home, 'at school, and generally in the society"; we are at a point to look-back and think over. The problem of teenager crime cannot be solved by a specific group of people. Solving such problems requires unified efforts of family, school, and society. More importantly, w e should project visions for such teenagers by teaching them humanity and ethics of Christianism. The significance of this study lies in the possibility of finding a solution to the problems of juvenile delinquents of today by relating them with Christian ethics a s follows: First, possibility through love; second, recovery of humanity through home; third, humanbeing's possibilities in a proper community (Coenonia) Scholars like Walter G. Muelder and Paul Lehmar made an effort to grant values on the proper community to grope a completion of mature man. The author of this study agrees with them, therefore has tried to find possibilities from the harmonized phenomenon of the symbiotic relationship between proper personality and proper community.
