임상목회교육을 통한 인간관계기술의 향상에 관한 연구

Abstract

본 논문은 임상목회교육을 통한 참여자들의 인간관계 기술의 향상에 초점을 두고 있다. 임상목회교육은 주로 목회자들과 목회상담가들을 위한 교육의 한 과정인데, 임상목회교육이 다양한 사람들을 상대하는 목회자들에게 인간관계기술 향상에 도움이 된다는 것을 본 논문에서 논하였다. 목회자들은 다양하고 많은 사람들을 상대하기 때문에 좋은 인간관계기술이 요구된다. 임상목회교육은, 목회자가 병원에서 환자를 돌보는 교육생으로 훈련을 받으면서 체계적이고 조직적으로 인간관계 기술을 배워나갈 수 있는 프로그램이다. 2장에서는 먼저 임상목회교육의 태동과 시작과 발전에 대해서 알아보았고, 선구자들과 그들의 사상에 대해서 살펴보았다. 그 다음 임상목회교육의 교육방법과 진행과정에 대해서 살펴보았고, 교육방법과 진행과정은 대화록, 소그룹활동, 강의와 세미나, 감독자의 감독을 통해서 이루어진다는 것을 살펴보았다. 3장에서는 인간관계훈련과 대화록에 대해서 살펴보았다. 인간관계의 훈련은 네 종류의 관계를 통해서 이루어진다. 그것은 환자와의 관계, 교육생과의 관계, 감독과의 관계, 스탭과의 관계이다. 이러한 네 종류의 관계는 대화록을 중심으로 이루어진다. 4장에서는 임상목회교육이 인간관계기술의 영향에 미치는 영향에 대해서 알아보았다. 연구의 방법으로는 질적 연구방법으로 지오르기의 현상학적 방법을 선택하였다. 지오르기 방법은 첫째, 연구 분석을 위해 자료를 자세히 읽고, 이해가 되지 않는 부분은 전화 또는 메일을 통해서 다시 되물어서 이해를 도왔다. 이 과정에서 참여자들이 말하는 본질적 의미 단위에서 중심의미를 찾아내고, 본질적 의미단위와 중심의미를 종합해서 각 참여자의 구체적인 성장을 정리하고, 마지막으로 참여자들의 구체적인 성장을 중심으로 8명의 참여자의 의견을 인간관계 기술의 향상의 관점에서 종합하여, 참여자들의 일반적인 성장을 작성하였고, 설문조사에 대한 결론을 내렸다. 임상목회교육을 통한 인간관계기술의 향상을 조사하기 위하여 8명의 참여자들에게 교육 기간 중 작성했던 중간평가와 기말평가의 질문 항목들을 발췌하여 다시 질문을 하였다. 본 연구를 실시함에 있어서 참여 동의서를 받았고, 설문지와 인터뷰 내용을 모두 정리해서 논문에 사용하는 것만 다시 되돌려서 확인 절차를 거쳐서 동의를 받았다. 마지막 장에는 임상목회교육을 통해 참여자들의 인간관계 기술의 향상에 이르렀다는 논문의 전체 결론과 아직까지 임상목회교육이 잘 알려지지 않았다는 점과 연구 자료의 부족한 한계점을 논하였다. ;The purpose of this thesis is to study the human relationship skill development through clinical pastoral education. CPE is one of the educational courses for the pastors or pastoral counselors who want to learn how to treat the patients in the clinical facilities. Pastors have to know how to interact with others, because in the church environment, they meet people ,talk with church members, and lead the members for the goal where they want to reach. Therefore, the human relationship skill is so important to the pastors. CPE can help the pastors in that aspect. The participants of CPE have to meet the patients, talk with them, and help them to get some relief from their illness. Through this process, the participants of CPE can get trained and learn about human relationship skill. For this study, chapter II of this thesis summarized the beginning, development of CPE, and the life and thoughts of pioneers of CPE movement. Then, the curriculum and the process of CPE are summarized. There are some important factors in CPE, which are verbatim, Interpersonal Relations Group(IRP), seminars and supervision. In chapter III, the human relationship training and verbatim are introduced in detail. The human relationship training is executed through four relationships, relationship between the trainees and the patients, relationship between the trainees and other trainees, relationship between the trainees and supervisors and relationship between the trainees and staffs. The verbatim is the key player which connects these four factors. Through the verbatim, which is a written note of conversation between the trainees and patients, the trainees can review their conversation, talk to other trainees about their cases and be evaluated by supervisors. In chapter IV, what the CPE can effect the human relationship skill is studied. The study uses the Georgi's method of phenomenology. The eight participants of CPE were interviewed for the study. They were questioned by the questions which were chosen from their mid-term evaluation questions and final evaluation questions. The result of the analysis of the interview shows that most participants stated their experience of CPE is helping them in their ministry and is doing positive role in their human relationship skill. In the last chapter, the conclusion is summarized that CPE can help the participants in their human relationship skill and ministry, also mentions that CPE is not well known in the Korean seminaries and pointed out the lack of CPE materials for the study and the necessity of further study about CPE.
