웹프로젝트 수행시 디자인 효율성 증대를 위한 디자인 매니저의 역할

Abstract

본 연구에서는 현재 많은 업체에서 사용하고 있는 웹 개발 프로세스 모델에서 웹디자인의 개발범위와 디자인의 효율성을 위한 디자인 매니저의 역할을 제시하고 그 역할에 맞게 웹 프로젝트에 적용시켜보았다. IT분야는 워낙 변화의 속도가 빨라 점점 더 경쟁시대에 돌입하게 되었으며 그 경쟁 속에 사용자(고객)와 접점에 있는 웹사이트의 디자인은 인터넷 기업 그 자체라고 할 수 있다. 무수히 많은 웹사이트를 통해 서비스와 경험을 전달해야하는 인터넷 기업은 기업차원에서 조직차원에서 보다 차별화되고 창의적인 커뮤니케이션을 희망한다. 하지만 현재 인터넷 기업을 보면 대기업을 제외하고는 전략기획, 디자인, 개발에서 특정 부분에 치우쳐 웹 프로젝트가 진행되는 경우가 많아 디자인 관리가 소홀해질 수 있다. 또한 디자이너와 클라이언트 그리고 경영자 혹은 프로젝트 매니저(PM)간 프로젝트의 범위를 바라보는 관점에 대한 괴리감이 생기기도 한다. 그러므로 웹디자인 개발 프로세스 단계별 디자인 매니저의 역할과 필요역량에 대한 연구가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 이러한 배경을 바탕으로 진행되었으며 이를 웹프로젝트 프로세스를 이해하고, 그 안에서 진행되는 웹디자인 프로세스에서 디자인 효율성을 위한 단계별 디자인 매니저의 관리 방법 제시를 목표로 하였다. 실제로 현재 인터넷 기업에서 웹프로젝트 수행 프로세스 내에서 웹디자인이 프로세스에 대한 사례연구를 진행함으로써 웹 프로젝트 수행 시의 디자인 매니저의 역할을 통해 디자인 매니저의 현 역할과 어떠한 모습을 갖추어야 할 것인가에 대해 생각해보고자 하였다. 프로세스는 커뮤니케이션의 표준으로서 중요한 역할을 한다. 이를 통해 현황과 문제점 그리고 개선방안 등에 대한 파악이 용이해지고, 작업의 효율성을 증대 시킬 수 있으며, 업무지식이 산출물을 통해서 보관되므로 구축 후의 유지보수에도 효율성을 가져올 수 있다. 이를 통해 기업의 업무 생산성 효과까지 기대해볼 수 있을 것이다.;A field of IT is getting intensified competition because of their changes happening at too fast pace. Especially, in the competition, designs of website which is in contact with user can be treated as Internet Company. Internet Company, which has to serve the experience and service in lots of website, desire to be creative and discriminative at a corporate and organize level. However, now days, internet company ,except a large corporation, tend to inattentively manage the design due to inclining too heavily toward some part of an organization such as planning strategy, design, exploitation. Also, designers, project managers, operators, and client have a wide gap of different point of view. Therefore, there are required of a design manager's progressive primary role and study of ability in education process of web design. This research is following; understanding of web project, and advising in progressive managing of design managers for efficiency web design process. The Process, which is important role as a standard of communication, can solve and improve the problem and improve the efficiency on the works, and remuneration. As a result, those have a good effect to the productivity of business. This paper defines and verifies a primary role of managers and a production. The efficiency should be increased for better design in limited time. The improvement of deign would be increasing the efficiency and reducing the error of communication. It is the one of the ways to improve the design that the designer manager should instruct to staff with correct judgment. In the future, the study in management of designers will be required by investigating of valuation of duty. It would be improved competitiveness if the role of design managers is improved.
