집합주거 단지 내 커뮤니티공간 디자인에 관한 연구

Abstract

Korean housing complex, which began to be constructed from 1960’s, have formed Korean residential cultures with steady developing economy and society. However, they became overcrowded due to the policy of supply a large quantity housing complex to resolve the shortage dwellings, besides they are now being criticized by users who pursue better living housing complex because of monotonous housing complex of space and insipid forms of district plan, so that it is needed to supply more suitable living environments reflected the habitats’ claims. I would like to resolve the problems occurred in the areas housing complex are crowded in this research. To the plan of the community center in the housing complex, reflected the habitants’ claims and consciousness, through the connection with other studies, I will present a new space as a concept of community park and perform the research, limiting another space and outside space for community center. I have researched the following methods and progresses indicated the more developed community center models in housing complex based on the above issues. 1. It is indicated the background, purpose, method, and scope of this research. 2. It is inquired the background theories to design the community center of the housing complex and researched the theories about the community and the community consciousness or the community space. 3. It is established the design methods, presenting the reformed methods about the community center in the housing complex through the examples of community center mentioned above chapter. 4. It is indicated the final proposal through the processing diverse form changes by the making design analyzed above examples and accounted the possibility of development the community center in the housing complex through the application of real space. 5. It is accounted the result and its reason of this research. Through above all courses of this research, providing the appropriate community center to accept various habitants’ communities according to generation change, it is important to be considered that community center design in the housing complex to approve the quality of life, supported the habitants’ interests and leisure, and the habitants enable to use it as a communication place with their neighbors. It has to be researched more deeply and more needed to make habitats that provide opportunities to share time and space of habitats, preparing the flexible standard especially to be reflected each the housing complex district’s property including even the design of community center in a metropolis.;1960년대부터 건설되기 시작한 우리나라 집합주거는 경제, 사회의 지속적인 발전과 함께 우리의 주거문화를 형성해왔다. 그러나 주택부족으로 인한 집합주거의 대량공급 정책에 따라 집합주거의 수가 과밀화 되었고, 주동 및 주호 계획의 무미건조한 형태와 천편일률적인 공간구성으로 인해 보다 나은 생활환경을 추구하려는 사용자들에게 비판의 대상이 되고 있으며, 주거환경이 단조롭고 획일적인 유형, 옥외 공간의 부족, 이웃과의 단절 등으로 생동감 있는 교류를 상실하게 되어 이웃과 더불어 살기보다는 개인이 먼저 앞서는 삭막한 주거 공간으로 자리 잡게 되었다. 집합주거단지에서 발생하는 이와 같은 문제들을 본 집합주거단지내 커뮤니티 공간 디자인 연구를 통해 해결하고자 한다. 따라서 집합주거단지의 커뮤니티 공간 계획에 있어 거주자의 커뮤니티 의식과 요구를 반영하여 외부영역과의 연계를 통해 커뮤니티 공원 개념의 새로운 공간을 제시하고, 커뮤니티 공간을 커뮤니티 센터와 외부공간으로 한정하여 연구를 진행하고자 한다. 본 연구자는 이러한 이해를 바탕으로 집합 주거 단지 내 커뮤니티공간의 발전적 모형사례를 제시하는 디자인 방법의 연구로서, 다음과 같은 방법과 과정으로 연구를 진행 하고자 한다. 제 1장 연구의 배경과 목적, 방법 및 범위를 제시한다. 제 2장 집합주거단지에서의 커뮤니티 공간을 디자인 하기 위한 이론적 배경에 대해 알아본다. 커뮤니티와 커뮤니티 의식 및 커뮤니티공간에 대해 이론적으로 고찰한다. 제 3장 앞 장에서 고찰한 커뮤니티 공간의 구체적 사례를 통해 집합주거단지내 커뮤니티 공간에 대한 개선방향을 제시하여 디자인 방향을 설정한다. 제 4장 사례로 분석된 연구결과를 디자인을 통해 다양한 형태와 변형의 과정을 거쳐 최종 안을 제시한다. 그리고 실제 공간에서의 적용을 통하여 집합 주거 단지 내 커뮤니티 공간의 발전 가능성을 도모한다. 제 5장 연구의 결론 및 타당성을 밝힌다. 위와 같은 전 연구의 과정을 통해, 시대의 변화에 따라 요구되는 거주자들의 다양한 공동체 생활(community)을 수용하기에 적합한 커뮤니티 공간을 제공함으로써 거주자들이 쉽게 접근하여 이용할 수 있는 이웃과의 커뮤니케이션의 장소를 마련하고, 이를 통해 취미. 문화 및 여가활동을 지원하여 삶의 질을 향상할 수 있는 집합주거단지내 커뮤니티 공간디자인을 제고 하였다는 것에 본 연구의 의의를 둔다. 특히, 도시공간에서의 커뮤니티 센터 디자인에서도 단지별 특성을 반영할 수 있도록 융통성 있는 기준이 마련 되어야 한다는 것에 중점을 두고 주민들에게 시간과 공간을 공유할 수 있는 기회를 제공하며, 공간적 구심점이 되는 주거지로 만들어 나가는 일이 필요하다고 본다. 또한 앞으로의 연구가 커뮤니티 활성화를 위해 더욱 심도 있게 이루어 져야 할 것이다.
