피카소 작품을 주제로 한 의상디자인

Abstract

본 논문은 개성있는 이미지를 나타내는 의상을 디자인하려는 현대 패션경향에 맞추어, 그 방법의 한 가지로서 대중에게 친숙하면서도 잘 알려지지 않은 피카소의 도예를 의상에 도입시켜 제작함으로써 개인의 예술적 욕구를 만족시킴과 동시에 일상생활에 활력을 느끼도록 하였다. 작품의 실루엣이나 소재의 프린트를 위해 피카소 도예에 나타난 그림을 중심으로 피카소 특유의 이미지를 도출하고, 시각적 효과를 높이기 위해 디자인 작업 하였다. 이것은 피카소의 예술성을 소재나 실루엣에 응용하여 단순한 디자인 표현으로 피카소의 특징적 이미지의 시각적 극대화를 추구한 것이다. 작품은 총 8점으로 실물제작하였는데 기능위주의 다량생산이 가능한 의상을 중심으로 하였고 피카소 도예작품이 지니는 조형적 특성을 강조하는 디자인도 병행하였다. 이렇게 과거의 미술작품을 도입·응용함으로써 역사취미·개성에 대한 욕구 개개인의 예술에 대한 관심을 만족시키며, 궁극적으로는 미술과 의상과의 조화를 모색하였다.;As an approach to individualistic images paralleled with the general trend of contemporary fashion design, Pablo Picasso's ceramic art pieces, which are familiar with but not well known to the public, were introduced into dress fashion in order to produce such works that may satisfy individuals' artistic desire and also may have them feel some vitality in everyday life. And, for the works, focused on silhouett or material print, first Picasso's unique images were extracted from his paintings and ceramic art pieces, and, then, a designing procedure was conducted to increase the visual effects . That is, Picasso's artistry was applied to material or silhouette to maximize the visual effects of his characteristic images with simple design expressions. Total pieces were actually made in this study with priority given to the predominantly functional oriented practical dresses, including designs which paid an emphasis on the figurative character pertained to Picasso's ceramic pieces. Therefore, it may be said, conclusively, that individual's interests in art, desire for incifiduality and historical taste could be satisfied with a reuse of the past art pieces, and, that, ultimately, a harmony between art and fashion could be groped for.
