무용전공학생과 일반학생간의 정신건강 실태에 관한 조사 연구

Abstract

본 연구는 무용전공학생과 일반학생간의 정신건강 실태를 분석하여 이들의 정신건강에 대한 문제점을 알아보고 각 집단에 알맞는 건강교육의 기초자료를 제공함과 동시에 바람직한 건강교육 방안을 모색하기 위해 예술계 고등학교의 무용전공 3학년 여학생 140명과 인문계 고등학교 의 3학년 여학생 153명(총293명)을 대상으로 실시하였다. 연구도구는 Dergatis 등이 개발한 90개 문항의 5단계 평정검사인 간이정신진단검사(Symptom Check List:SCL-90)를 김광일과 원호택 등이 표준화된 한국판 간이정신건강진단검사로 제작한 것을 이훈구(1986)가 요인 분석하여 제작한 47개 문항의 간이정신진단검사를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS를 사용하여 백분율, 평균, t-test, ANOVA의 통계방법으로 분석하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 1. 무용전공학생과 일반학생의 정신건강진단검사 결과 무용전공학생들의 경우는 대인 예민성이 가장 높게 나타났으며 신체화, 적대감, 강박증의 순서로 나타났고 일반학생들의 경우는 대인 예민성, 강박증, 적대감, 우울증의 순으로 나타났다. 두 집단간의 검사 결과를 비교하여 보면 신체화 항목을 제외한 항목에서 무용전공학생의 정신건강진단검사 점수가 낮게 나타났으며 정신증, 우울증, 강박증 항목에서 유의한 차이를 나타냈다.(P<0.05) 2. 무용전공학생들의 경력별에 따른 정신건강진단점수는 경력이 많은 그룹(5년이상)이 경력이 적은 그룹(1-4년)에 비해 모든 항목에서 낮게 나타났으나 유의한 차이는 나타나지 않았다. 3. 무용전공학생들의 전공별 정신건강진단검사 결과는 발레전공이 가장 높고 현대무용전공, 한국무용전공의 순서로 높게 나타났으나 우울증 (P<0.05)에서만 유의한 차이를 보였을뿐 그 외의 항목에서는 유의한 차이를 나타내지 않았다.;The purpose of this study was to analyze the problem and to present the ideal method of the mental health. The subject of this study was all of the 293 3rd girl students which consist of two groups, one group was the 140 students of the dance majored at art high school, the other group was the 153 students at general high school. The tool of this study used the 47 items by which Lee Hoon Ku was made to factor analyze the Symptom Check List: SCL-90 by Derogatis. The analysis of the data, the first of all calculated the Mean and the Standard Deviation, and used T-test and ANOVA. The result of this study was as follows. 1. The group of general high school one's data of mental health was signified higher than that of the other group at art high school, especially it is high in psychotism, depression and obsessive-compulsive except somatization.(P＜0.05) 2. By the score of mental health test, the A group which consist of dancing careers of one to four years was signified higher than that of the B group which has careers of over five years in all of the test items, but there's no significant difference statistically between two groups. 3. The result of mental health analysis of the dance majored girl students between modern dance group, korean dance group, ballet group is as followed in order : ballet group, modern dance group and korean dance group, but there is only significant difference in the item of the depression.
