흰쥐 초기배아 발생기간중 자궁내막조직 분화에 관한 연구

Abstract

포유류 배아의 착상조절기작을 규명할 목적의 일환으로 수정란의 착상부위의 분화에 미치는 난소 스테로이드 호르몬의 영향을 고찰하였다. 정상 혹은 난소제거 후 난소 스테로이드 호르몬(Estrogen, Progesterone)을 주사한 임신군에서 자궁내막조직을 착상부위와 비착상부위로 분리하여 자궁내막조직분화의 지표가 되는 염기성 인산화효소(alkaline phosphatase)활성을 임신 제 3일과 6일에 조사하였다. 1. 임신 제 3일군에서는 착상부위와 비착상부위간에 분화의 차이가 없었다. 2. 임신 제 6일군에서는 착상부위의 염기성 인산화효소 활성이 비착상부위에 비하여 높았다. 3. 착상부위의 염기성 인산화효소 활성은 특히 착상시기인 임신 제 6일군에서 임신 제 3일군에 비하여 월등히 높았다. 4. 임신 제 3일군에 비하여 임신 제 6일군에서 자궁내막조직분화에 미치는 난소 스테로이드 호르몬의 영향이 크게 나타났으며, 특히 progesterone의 영향이 크게 나타났다.;The present investigation has been undertaken to understand the mechanism of implantation process, by demonstrating the role of ovarian steroids in the differentiation of uterine endometrium for implantation. Attempt was made to examine the activity of alkaline phosphatase(ALP) in the antimesometrium and the mesometrium tissue sites on day 3 and day 6. 1. The difference of differentiation was not founded in the antimesometrium and the mesometrium on day 3. 2. The activity of ALP in the antimesometrium was higher than that in the mesometrium on day 6. 3. The activity of ALP in antimesometrium on day 6 was significantly higher than that observed on day 3. 4. The effect of ovarian steroid hormones in the differentiation of uterine endometrium on day 6 was obviously higher than that on dat 3. In particular, the effect of progesterone was markedly observed on day 6.
