중학교 체육과 교육과정 운영실태에 관한 조사연구

Abstract

현행 學校 體育敎育 運營實態는 여러 측면에서 考察될 수 있다. 그 運營 측면을 구체적으로 細分하여 보면 첫째로 體育敎育 目標에 관한 面, 둘째로 體育 敎育課程面, 세째로 敎師의 指導方法面, 그리고 評價에 대한 面으로 나눌 수 있다. 본 硏究는 이러한 體育敎育의 현 實態를 考察하여 봄으로써 運營 上의 問題點을 軸出하여 앞으로의 敎育課程의 開發과 運營의 改善을 위한 基本方向을 提示하기 위함이다. 이 目的을 遂行하기 위하여 一線에서 勤務하고 있는 體育敎師 175名을 對象으로 設問紙를 통한 調査結果 다음과 같은 結論을 얻었다. 1. 현재의 體育敎師들은 體育敎育의 目標를 個個人의 身體에 대한 效率보다도 바람직한 人間變化 및 認知發達에 두고 있다. 2. 일반적으로 현직 體育敎師들은 體育 敎育課程의 전반적인 內容을 잘 把握하고 있지 못하다. 3. 현행 中學校 體育 敎育課程은 각 學校의 特性과 與件 그리고 學生들의 要求 및 技能 水準에서 차이가 크다. 4. 體育敎育의 實技 指導面에 있어 學生들의 體力增進, 健康維持보다는 興味誘發에 比重을 더 높게 둠으로써 자연적인 敎育效果를 增大하도록 꾀하고 있다. 5. 體育學習 展開에 있어 가장 큰 沮害要因은 施設不足이라 할 수 있다. 6. 敎師가 운동부 指導業務를 兼任하는 관계로 正課授業의 缺損率이 높게 나타나고 있으며 대부분의 敎師가 體育料 學習指導를 領域別로 골고루 하지 못하고 있다. 7. 體育授業의 方法은 일반적으로 敎師 中心에 의한 직접적인 示範 說明 위주로 進行하고 있다. 8. 肢體 不自由者와 處弱者와 같은 特殊學生에 대한 體育授業 計劃과 그 實踐이 전혀 이루어지지 않고 있다. 9. 中學校의 體育學習 評價는 한 학기에 2회 程度이며 評價內容은 理論 20%, 實技 70%, 態度 100% 比率로 適用하고 있으며 그 評價方法은 일반적으로 主觀 및 各觀的인 方法을 折衷하여 使用하고 있다. 10. 特殊學生이 대한 評價計劃이 전혀 設定되어 있지 않다.;To understand the current school management of physical education and its contens and provide a more effective method of this course, as a response of physcial education after studying on substantive goal of physical education, curriculum, teaching method, evaluation method etc, by each aspect 1. Aspect of physical education (P.E) goal, Present P,E, teachers regard the desirable change of personality and intellectual improvement as the goal of P,E. 2. Aspect of Curriculum 1) In general, present teachers of P.E don't have a good grip on the comprehensive contents of P.E curriculum. 2) In present P.E curriculum of junior high school, there is a great difference in every school, in their characteristics, conditions, student's demand and their ability 3. Aspect Teaching method 1) There're trying to increase the essential effect of P.E by putting more emphasis on cousing interest rather than physical improvement or health maintenance in practical training. 2) The impeding fuctor in conducting physical education is insufficient facilities 3) As the P,E teaches take charge of athletic club, the frequently are absent in regular class and can't cower every area of P.E and teaching. 4) P,E classes in general are mainly done by directly showing and explaning centering on teachers. 5) There is no plan and pratice of P.E for the special students such as the physical handicapped and the weak is curried out. 4. Aspect of evaluation method 1) Evaluation in junior high school P.E course is performed twice per one semester 2) It consists of 20% of written test, 70% of pratical training and 10% of attitude. 3) Both subjective and objective methods are used in a mixed way in evaluation method. 4) No evaluation plan for special students is set up.
