dc.description.abstractIn chapter I This study demonstrated that Zinpyr-1ㆍZn2+ acts as a fluorescent and colorimetric sensor for pyrophosphate at pH 7.4. In addition, Zinpyr-1ㆍCu2+ and DIARB-1ㆍCu2+ complexes were found to act as selective fluorescent sensors for pyrophosphate but not H2PO4-. Furthermore, the chemosensors, Zinpyr-1ㆍZn2+, Zinpyr-1ㆍCu2+, show highly selective and ratiometric fluorescence changes for pyrophosphate compared with H2PO4-. In chapter II new anthracene derivative bearing two phenylboronic acid groups at the 1,8-positions was prepared and its binding properties towards sorbitol, xylitol, fructose, glucose and galactose have been studied using fluorescence analysis. In chapter III our new complexes act as selective sensors for GTP and ATP. Receptor 1 and 2 examined in 100% aqueous solution (pH=7.4, 10mM HEPES). Receptor 3 displays a moderate selectivity for ATP among the anions examined in 100% aqueous solution (pH=9.0, 50mM CHES). Among the different nucleoside triphosphates, compound 3 shows CHEF effects with ATP and CTP, whereas it displays a large CHEQ effect for GTP.;1장에서는 100% 수용액 (pH 7.4, 20 mM HEPES) 상에서 pyrophosphate에 대하여 눈으로 볼 수 있는 형광 화학센서로 작용하는 Zinpyr-1ㆍZn2+ 를 연구하였다. Zinpyr-1ㆍCu2+ 와 DIARB-1ㆍCu2+ 화합물 또한 H2PO4- 에 대해서는 형광 변화를 보이지 않고 pyrophosphate에 대해서만 선택적인 형광 화학센서로 작용한다. 특히, Zinpyr-1ㆍZn2+ 와 Zinpyr-1ㆍCu2+ 는 H2PO4- 와 비교하여 pyrophosphate에 대하여 굉장히 높은 선택성을 보이고 ratiometric한 형광 변화를 보였다. 2장에서는 안트라센 1,8-위치에 두개의 phenylboronic acid를 도입한 새로운 안트라센 유도체를 합성하였다. 형광분석을 이용하여 솔비톨, 자일리톨, 프룩토오즈, 글루코오즈, 갈락토오즈에 대한 결합 특성을 연구하였다. 3장에서는 GTP와 ATP에 선택성을 지니는 새로운 형광 화학센서를 연구하였다. 센서 1과 2는 100% 수용액 (pH=7.4, 10 mM HEPES) 상에서 실험하였다. 센서 3은 100% 수용액(pH=9.0, 50 mM CHES) 상에서 ATP에 대한 형광 화학센서로 작용하였다. 센서 3은 여러가지 nucleoside triphosphates 중에 ATP와 CTP에 대해서는 CHEF 효과를 보이고 GTP에 대해서는 큰 CHEQ 효과를 보였다.-
