웹 기반 팀 프로젝트 학습 지원 시스템의 설계 및 구현

Abstract

21세기 지식정보사회는 창의적이고 생산적인 정보의 생성과 활용 능력이 중요시되며, 창의력(creativity), 정보 문해력(computer & information literacy), 의사소통력(communication), 그리고 상호협동력(cooperation) 등을 갖춘 인재가 중요시되는 사회이다. 따라서 이러한 인재를 양성하기 위해서는 교육 패러다임의 전환이 필요하고, 그 중 한 가지가 효과적인 교수-학습 방법을 지속적으로 개발하고 적용하는 것이라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 의미에서 팀 프로젝트 학습은 학습자의 책임감을 길러주고, 문제 해결력 및 다양한 탐구활동과 표현활동 능력을 길러주는 등의 다양한 프로젝트 학습의 교육적 가치들과, 학습을 하는 과정에서 동료와의 활발한 상호작용을 통해 다양한 사회적 기술들을 익힐 수 있는 소집단 협동학습의 가치를 동시에 지니는 교수-학습 방법으로서, 지식정보사회에서 필요한 인재를 양성하기 위해 효과적이다. 팀 프로젝트 학습이 충분한 효과를 거두기 위해서는 교수-학습 내용이나 상황에 맞는 학습절차 및 도구를 선택하고 이를 효율적으로 운영하는 것이 필수적이다. 즉, 팀 프로젝트 학습의 많은 장점들에도 불구하고 관리, 운영상의 어려움을 이유로 팀 프로젝트 학습 시행을 꺼려하지 않도록 적합한 지침들을 마련할 필요가 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 팀 프로젝트 학습에 적용할 수 있는 절차 모형을 구성하고 각 절차별로 수행해야 할 구체적인 활동(activity)들을 설정한 후, 이를 기초로 해서 학습 계획부터 최종 마무리까지의 과정에서 필요한 기능들과 소집단 협력학습을 돕는 다양한 웹 기반 도구들을 제공하는, 실제 팀 프로젝트 학습 수행 과정을 지원하는 웹 기반 팀 프로젝트 학습 지원 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.;In the knowledge-based society of the 21st century, a person must be a producer rather than a consumer of knowledge, that is, it is important to provide and share creative and productive information; and thus, it requires that a person has creativity, computer and information literacy, communication skills and the ability to cooperate. For that reason, change and improvement in several fields of education are needed, especially in the teaching-learning method. Team project study is one of the most effective teaching-learning method to cultivate men of talent in the knowledge-based society because it has many educational values such as the foster of responsibility, problem-solving skills, the ability to research and presentation and social communication skills. For the success of team project study, appropriate guidelines should be provided for teachers and students not to hesitate to introduce it because it is important to select learning procedure and support tool appropriate for the learning content and the learning situation and manage efficiently. This thesis suggests the procedural model for team project study and designs and implements a web-based support system which is in capable of helping the realistic team project study process.
