웹기반 교원 업무관리 시스템의 설계 및 구현

Abstract

급변하는 정보화 시대에서 시행되는 열린교육, 수요자 중심의 교육은 교원에게 적절한 교수법과 수업내용을 창출하여 수업목표를 달성하도록 요구하고 있다. 이러한 시대적 상황에 부응할 수 있는 전문성을 가진 교원이 되기 위해서는 교과연구와 교수-학습 활동에 전념할 수 있는 시간과 여건을 확보해야 한다. 그러나 교원들은 교과지도 외에도 다양한 업무와 잡무로 교과연구 시간이 부족한 것이 현실이다. 이에 이 연구는 교원에게 교과연구시간을 확보하여 수업목표를 달성할 수 있도록 교원 업무관리 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 이 시스템은 웹을 기반으로 구현하였으며 누구나 쉽게 사용할 수 있는 접근 방식을 가지고 있다. 웹기반 교원 업무관리 시스템은 업무관리 모듈과 업무알림 모듈로 나뉜다. 업무관리 모듈은 교원들이 업무를 효율적으로 관리하도록 학교업무와 학급업무로 구분한다. 업무관리 모듈을 통하여 교원들은 각 업무의 종류와 중요도, 소속부서를 확인할 수 있고, 관리자는 교원별 업무 처리 유무를 알 수 있다. 그리고 앞으로 처리해야 할 업무 상황과 D-day 기능을 모든 교원들에게 제공한다. 업무알림 모듈은 오프라인 상에서 공문/업무 내용을 전달하던 방식을 온라인상으로 바꾸어 업무의 효율을 증진시키는 역할을 한다. 업무알림 모듈은 공문/업무 내용을 부서별, 업무별로 교원들을 그룹화하여 전달한다. 새로운 공문/업무 내용이 전달되면 알림창이 떠서 해당 교원이 내용을 확인할 수 있도록 유도하고 관리자는 교원들의 공문/업무 확인 유무를 알 수 있다. 이 연구는 교원 업무관리 시스템을 학교교육 현장에 적용함으로써 업무부담을 줄이고 수업목표를 달성할 수 있기를 기대한다.;It is essential that the teaching staff or teacher provide a good quality of educational services by improving knowledge and developing proper instructional skills. However, they require lots of time and efforts to achieve these goals. Most teachers may be troubled with many administrative tasks. Therefore, this thesis aimed to design and implement the Task Management System(TMS) which can reduce the workload of teachers so that they may devote themselves to their teaching duties. TMS use the web-based technology which is popular in constructing web services. And it consists of two parts; one is Task Management Module(TMM) and the other is Task Report Module(TRM). The major function of TMM is to classify teacher's tasks into school task and class task so that they can take care of their tasks properly and efficiently. And through this module teachers can inquire type, degree of importance and jurisdiction post of their tasks. Moreover an administrator can check if each teacher dealt with their tasks. TRM is the on-line system for teachers to check administrative and official document works. As those works come to pass, TRM notifies teachers involved in these affairs by opening pop-up window and an administrator can confirm if they check this information. Finally, we can apply Task Management System(TMS) to school education field in order to relieve teacher from heavy load of their tasks and help them focus on his or her own teaching activities.
