인터넷 중국어 사전의 사용실태 분석 및 개선방안

Abstract

사전은 단어의 기본적인 정보에서 시작하여 문법적 예시, 화용적 주의사항에 이르기까지 학습자가 익혀야 할 대부분의 정보를 담고 있어, 중국어 학습에 있어서 없어선 안될 중요한 도구이다. 특히 사전과 인터넷 기술이 결합된 인터넷 중국어 사전은 보다 큰 학습효과를 가지고 있다. 이에 본고에서는 현재 제공되고 있는 인터넷 중국어 사전들을 분석하고, 중국어 학습자들의 사전 사용 실태를 조사함으로써, 중국어 학습자에게 보다 큰 도움을 줄 수 있는 인터넷 중국어 사전으로 개선하고자 하였다. 제 Ⅱ장에서는 인터넷 사전의 활용이 어떠한 유용성을 가지고 있는지 살펴보았으며, 학습자들이 쉽고 간편하게 사용할 수 있는 사용자 친화적 인터넷 사전이 되기 위한 조건들을 검토하였다. 제 Ⅲ장에서는 제 Ⅱ장에서 검토한 조건들을 기준으로 인터넷 중국어 사전들을 분석하였는데, 그 결과 사전의 내용과 사용방법 상에서 많은 문제점들이 발견되었다. 한편 실제 중국어 학습자들을 대상으로 인터넷 중국어 사전의 사용 실태를 조사한 결과, 인터넷 중국어 사전의 사용자는 늘어나는 추세였으나, 앞서 발견된 문제점들로 인하여 사전 사용에 불편을 느끼고 있었다. 이에 인터넷 중국어 사전에서 개선이 필요한 부분들을 진단하여 제시하였다. 제 Ⅳ장에서는 제 Ⅱ장에서 검토하였던 사전의 조건들을 바탕으로 제 Ⅲ장에서 진단한 문제점들에 대하여 구체적인 개선 방안을 제시하였다. 크게 사전의 내용과 사용 방법 측면으로 나누어 개선 방안을 예시하였다. 본 논문은 인터넷 중국어 사전의 내용과 사용 방법을 중심으로 개선 방안을 제안하였으나, 사전의 사용의 적절한 시기와 방법에 대해서는 연구가 미치지 못하였다. 사전 사용을 시작하는 적절한 단계에 대한 연구에서부터 교육적 활용 방법에 이르기까지 인터넷 중국어 사전에 대한 체계적인 연구가 지속적으로 이루어지길 기대한다.;Dictionary is an indispensable tool in Chinese learning. It contains not only the basic information of word, but also grammatical illustration, pragmatic information and the like that learner must learn. Especially, Chinese Internet dictionary, which utilizes an Internet technology, has great learning effect. The purpose of this article is to improve Chinese Internet dictionary and ultimately to give Chinese leaner bigger help. For this purpose, three researches were carried out. First, the conditions of the user-friendly Chinese Internet dictionary were considered thoroughly. Second, Based on the conditions considered above, four Chinese Internet dictionaries were analyzed, which were ‘SayChina’, ‘Daum’, ‘Naver’ and ‘Empas’ Chinese Internet dictionary. Third, the actual condition of using Chinese Internet dictionary were investigated via questionnaires. A total of 111 students who was learning Chinese answered the questionnaires. The outcomes of these researches were as follows. The number of users of Chinese Internet dictionary was on the increase. However most conditions of the user-friendly Chinese Internet dictionary were not fulfilled, and a lot of problems were discovered in the contents and the use of dictionary, and by these problems users felt discomfort in using dictionary. Based on the analysis and the investigation above, detailed strategies for improvement of Chinese Internet dictionary were suggested with their illustrations. This article suggested detailed strategies for improvement of contents and use of Chinese Internet dictionary, but proper time and educational application of the dictionary were not considered. It is needed to further systematic research on the suitable stage and various educational applications of Chinese Internet dictionary.
